Beautiful 2600 square foot, three bedroom, three bathroom private house with private 42 foot custom pool and spa. All furnishings, appliances and linens are of high quality.
The house is open plan, spacious and very bright and sunny, with plantation shutters on every window. The huge great room with wet bar, fireplace and formal dining area, has French doors and overlooks the beautiful pool area. Complete with 53" Widescreen TV, Home Theater system providing Dolby 5.1 surround sound, 5 disc DVD/CD and Video. 2 large sofas, one of which is a Queen Sleeper.
The large kitchen with dining area has every appliance to appease even the gourmet chef. Whilst you are creating your culinary delights, you can also appreciate the view through the seven foot windows which overlook the custom, 42 foot pool and spa and the cascading bougainvillea. We have provided a large array of serving dishes should you choose to entertain.
For al fresco dining, there is a stainless steel barbecue, complete with rotisserie, and a beautiful Tommy Bahama patio set which seats six. Whilst the completely private pool area, with chaise lounges gets sun all day , there is a covered patio providing shade.
To keep in touch with friends, family or work commitments we have Wifi internet connection.
The Master bedroom with huge walk in closet and en suite master bathroom is located in the west wing of the property, providing privacy from guest rooms. French doors open out onto covered patio/pool area. Tommy Bahama furnished with California king, pillowtop bed and satellite TV/DVD/Video player. His and hers master bathroom, with separate water closet, sunken tub and a walk in shower.
Bedroom two also furnished with Tommy Bahama, has a California king, pillowtop bed with satellite TV/DVD/Video and en-suite private bathroom comprised of walk in shower, water closet and vanity area.
Bedroom three comprises of Twin beds again with satellite TV/DVD/Video and en-suite private bathroom comprised of walk in shower, water closet and vanity area. This can be converted to 3rd King room upon request.
This house, within a private gated community, is conveniently located off Cook Street and Hovely, opposite the renowned Desert Marriott Resort and Spa Hotel and close to Palm Desert’s famous El Paseo shopping center, the Rodeo Drive of the desert. There are over 100 golf courses in the vicinity, but the closest is the acclaimed Desert Willows, a two minute drive. There are many local activities including restaurants, casinos and theatres nearby.
Children: We welcome children and provide a port-a-crib, baby monitor, children’s dishes, a selection of children’s books, videos, games and of course, pool toys and floats. As parents ourselves, we appreciate that children can sometimes be unpredictable and keep a fully stocked first aid kit, infant and children's Tylenol on hand. Please advise if you have children in your party and we will arrange for these items to be ready for use.

We just spent our easter break at this home & it was absolutely wonderful. The home itself is in a beautiful, quiet community & has all the amenities for a "home away from home" We stayed for 1 week & had our 4 year old daughter with us - we lash had friends visit from LA & everyone enjoyed their stay. The house is spacious & has everything you need in abundance - beach floats & towels, great linens & good appliances to cook with & enjoy your glass of wine. The kids had a blast in the big pool & splashed around in the smaller side pool as well. We will be booking this property for 2012 Easter break!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children.
