Had a great time - a very relaxing vacation for me and my family! Loved being able to have the beach a few feet away - easy walk back to condo for drinks or bathroom runs! Condo was very clean and updated! Would go back in a heartbeat!

We stayed the week of July 17th, 2010 and we were so very fortunate that the weather was great and we never missed a day at the beach. This condo walks right out to the beach after a short 100 foot walk on the the promenade which connects to the pool - very convenient. The bonfire on the beach Thurs night was right in front of the Faragut & Georgetowne high rises with music. We flew the kite, hung out, danced and had a great time. Sea Colony does a good job with its events. We also enjoyed parasailing, kayaking and fishing which were only minutes away. We never got us early enough to watch the sun rise, but we caught a couple of great sunsets from the beach or condo porch. It was lovely. The condo itself was quite comfortable in size, beds were comfortable, free internet was available although it took us a few days to figure out how to connect. We did eventually. The only suggestion I would give to the owner would be to leave instructions on that. Thankfully we had a 17 year old with us. He finally figured it out. Easy check in w/ Resort Quest and easy check out. It was a hassle free, relaxing vacation right on the beach. The owner was very helpful answering all our questions along the way. This ocean front Condo was everything we had hoped it would be!

Welcome to our Beach Condo! We know you will have a great time at the beach and pools and fitness center. You will enjoy the great resturants and convienience of Sea Colony and being located next to everything, yet in a very peaceful environment. For casual take out of some GREAT barbeque we recommend Bootsies and for a nice casual meal we recommend Blue coast, North East and of course Bethany Blues BBQ. Surfs-up is great for pizza, cheese steaks, and subs/hogies. dont forget DB Fries and 5 guys!Plus there are plenty more! Have fun!
