The Caledonian is considered the most luxurious of the downtown Park City condos. While in the heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we are ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for Park City Mountain Resort -- a 2002 Winter Olympics venue. Butchers Chophouse & Bar, located on the ground floor of The Caledonian, is a great restaurant open for lunch and dinner that serves wonderful steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes along with an extensive wine selection. We are a 10 minute walk from over 100 restaurants and great shopping and have secure underground parking.
FYI, the location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival as well as Park City summer activities including golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing -- all within 15 minutes.

Our condo is considered the most nicely appointed 1 bedroom in the building. It is an oversized 2 floor (over 1,100 square feet) luxury condo that has 1 bedroom suite (pillow-top king size bed) on the 2nd floor. Also, there is a pull out sofa (queen size with inner-spring mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2.
The condo has a private 7 person hot tub on the private balcony that overlooks Main Street, gourmet kitchen (complete with Calphalon pans, Henckels knives, Mikasa dishes, and more), fireplace, and more.

I have stayed at this condo twice, once during ski season and once in the summer. Both times, it was PERFECT. Comfortable, attractive, wonderfully located, with great amenities like TIVO and a hot tub overlooking main street. The owner is really helpful and easy to work with. Super convenient parking in the building. Plus you can walk to everything, and just take the elevator to get on the town lift.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Beautiful property beyond expectation - quiet, warm, comfortable, clean. Everything was ready to go from the hot tub being warm and on to the computer being booted up and ready. It was quiet and really a secure building... What a great place to stay, easy access to everything - from the slopes to the coffee/book shop across the street to the restaurants and bars all welcoming and good - Steve made everything easy and quick for us to gain access even with an after hours check-in. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Stay longer than you plan, promise you'll feel like you were at home and never want to leave...Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here in August and absolutely loved it! The condo is perfect... large, cozy, and well appointed. There is a full kitchen so you can make dinners in and sit on the patio with a glass of wine and watch the people go by. Or, if you'd rather go out you're right in the heart of Park City with so many places to shop and eat. The hot tub was amazing too. The owner was very accomodating and responsive. Definitely recommend this condo for a couple or small family. We hope to make it an annual trip.Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Spent four nights here with my daughter over spring break. Thought about staying on the edge of town but really glad we stayed here. The location is perfect to ski PCMR (literally, just out the door) and being at the bottom of main street puts you on your way to the other resorts without navigating through town, makes it a downhill walk on the way home from a night out and means you're at the quieter end of town. The bedroom and kitchen/dining/living area are really spacious and the hot tub on the balcony was a godsend after skiing. Private parking right near the elevator made hauling gear super easy. Steve was easy to deal with and everything was ready at the front desk when we showed up. All in all a great stay.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This condo and its location are fantastic! The condo itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location, at the base of Main Street is perfect for everything, including shopping, restaurants and transportation within easy walking distance. The hot tub on the balcony was a great way to end the day. The Park Silly Sunday Market was on the streets right around the condo and had some great vendors. We are not skiers, but have visited Park City in the summer a number of times and this is the best place we have stayed. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The location was absolutely fantastic, just steps from the lift and on Main Street. The condo was very comfortable and had the amenties you would find at home. The staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs. We can't wait to visit again!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The Caledonian's 100% ski-in/ski-out (or board-in/board out ;-) ) location right on Main Street in Park City is ideal as we are just 50 feet to the lift yet right in the middle of historic "Old Town" Park City and just steps to all of the great 4 and 5 star restaurants that Park City has to offer along with all of the great Main Street shops, galleries, bars, coffee houses, and more!

Always spent time in Park City in the winter for skiing, did not realize how beautiful and pleasant the area is in the summer. The Caladonian #211 was the icing on the cake. The condo was absolutley perfect for our needs, it was like a second honeymoon for my wife and I. The Kimball Arts festival on main street right below our balcony was an added bonus. Not a better location, amenities, or value in Park City in my opinion, and Steve (the owner) was fantastic to work with. This Condo (Caledonian #211) had every amenity we could have dreamed of and was as comfortable as we could have anticipated. There simply cannot be a more convenient and luxurious way to enjoy Park City and Deer Valley for such a reasonable price. About the owner: My name is Steve Barsh. I have owned 2 properties in Park City, Utah since 1999 when we started using them for our family and renting them out to guests as well. I am a 'serial entrepreneur' who has worked in high tech businesses for over 20 years. I am a partner in a venture accelerator program based in Philly, I perform consulting and acting CxO services to help build and expand great companies, and I teach part time in the Wharton MBA program.
Why the Owner Chose Caledonian:
We love Park City, Utah! We love the skiing in the winter where we are 100% ski-in/ski-out for Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort and The Canyons are both only 10 minutes from us. The summer is absolutely awesome as well! There are so many wonderful things to do with our kids here in Park City -- it's a great place to vacation with them. Park City is so easy to get to as it's only 35 minutes from Salt Lake City (SLC) airport. Our condos' location right on Main Street makes it an ideal location for the whole family as we are just steps from everything.

It's so convenient. We are 100% ski-in/ski-out (or board-in/board-out for our snow boarding guests) as we are just 50 feet from the ski lift. In the summer, the lift turns into a 'bike lift' for mountain biking access to the Park City Mountain Resort.
