  I really enjoyed my stay in this cabin. The owners were very warm and friendly and easily communicated all the details necessary. The cabin was perfect - it really felt like I was staying in my own cabin! The views are gorgeous, the property was lovely and the attention to detail inside the cabin was wonderful. I can't say enough nice things. (And my lab was welcome in the cabin! He enjoyed his stay as well.) Thank you!!!

  We had a wonderful weekend! This vacation home is great. Beautiful inside and out, clean and everything that you may need was there. Julia the owner is very personable and very helpful. I really enjoyed working out all the details with her and she was very helpful giving additional directions, sights and restaurants to enjoy. We look forward to the next opportunity that we have for a quick get-a-way. We will surely remember this home. It is far enough away to relax but close enough for a short weekend. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  My husband, two year old son, mother, father, grandmother, and myself stayed in this BEAUTIFUL cabin over Easter weekend and it was absolutely amazing. This cabin truly felt like a "home away from home". It comfortably accomadated all 6 of us, offered amazing views from each room, provided a quiet retreat on the wrap around deck, and the owners could not have been more kind and easy to conduct "business" with! We could not have been happier with it. It was SO clean, we only saw bugs outside where they are supposed to be, and there were more than enough pots/pans/utensils/cooking appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and provided some great cardio hills for our walks! The price is unbelievably reasonable and we will definitely be utilizing this vrbo property for future weekend getaways!

  Myself and 2 long-time friends were looking for a nice, quiet weekend within reasonable distance from Phoenix, AZ after we had attended a professional conference in Scottsdale, AZ. Last year we had gone to Sedona, AZ and wanted to go somewhere different this year. We really got lucky. This house in Pine, AZ is great and in a beautiful location, perched on the side of a hill with a great view of the surrounding mountains. The hard wood floors, the loft bedroom, the vaulted ceiling in the family room, it was all very nice! It was extremely clean and well furnished. Even the pantry had a wide variety of condiments, spices, etc. The first night we were there it snowed 6-8 inches and it was beautiful, a real treat. Julia, the owner, was excellent and helpful, as we had questions about snow shovels, travel time to Phoenix airport, and a necklace that was left at the house (she found it and mailed to the one who left it). It was a beautiful drive through the mountains and forests to get to Pine from Phoenix. Great weekend there, we would highly recommend this VRBO rental!

  We had a wonderful time at the rental! Julia was great, kept me up to date on the snow situation, and the house had everything we could ever need. It was cozy and clean and we never had any issues. We are definitely hoping to make this a yearly event!

  My wife and I went to the cabin to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it!!! We BBQ'ed on the patio for dinner and enjoyed the hot tub and incredible scenery. Our mornings were spent sipping coffee and enjoying the beautiful views from the deck and then heading out to find a local hiking trail to immerse ourselves in the area. We came home and played mancala on the deck while watching the sunset with a freshly blended margarita in hand! We are from Oregon so the lower temperature didn't bother us at all!! Our interaction with the owner was great and walking in the door you really get the feeling this is a home and not just another rental property you shuffle in and out of. My wife and I couldn't give it a higher recommendation! The views will take your breathe away and the charms of the house really make you feel welcome and easy to forget any worries or stress you bring with you!!!!! Thanks for the great house!!! Friends have already reached out to find more information about staying at the cabin!

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The views were amazing and we took advantage of the fireplace and the jacuzzi on the deck. Would love to come back again!

  Booked this cabin last minute after a particularly grueling work weekend. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to a foot of fresh snow (did you know snow actually sparkles in the sun- like glitter? I didn't. ) Seeing my kids (two Golden Retrievers) bouncing through the snow in ecstasy like baby polar bears almost had me in tears. Husband and I got some much needed chill time relaxing in the hot tub and catching up on our Netflix (via the Xbox and big screen TV.) Then there were even more priceless family moments while exploring the beautiful Verde River with the kids and making s'mores in the real wood burning fireplace. I use privately owned vacation rentals several times a year and thoroughly research each one I book. I believe this particular property is one of the best values you will find. Not only is the cabin modern and well appointed, the owner, Julia, is personable, helpful, and truly wants you to enjoy her family's personal sanctuary.

  Wow, what a beautiful cabin! It is so luxurious, relaxing, quiet, and comforting. From the soft sofa to the extra-comfortable master bed, we felt that the cabin embraced us. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood (and up Ruin Hill), as well as watching the sunset from the deck--the view is expansive and serene. Plus, the owner was a joy to work with and the rate was a real value. We feel grateful to have had stayed at this lovely cabin and hope to return again soon!
