This newly updated, two story, cape-cod style, waterfront condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the coast. It is one of four units and feels more like a house than a condo.
The roomy, second story master bed room has a new king mattress made by Simmons, new foam pillows, 32' flat screen TV and master bath.
The second bedroom upstairs is opposite of the master bedroom and is furnished with two twin beds that are perfect for kids. It has its own full bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs has a new queen bed, new mattress made by Simmons, new foam pillows, and a 19' flat screen TV. A full bathroom is adjacent to the first floor bedroom. The new washer and dryer are located upstairs.
If you have to do some work while vacationing, the office on the second floor is perfect for checking e-mails reading a book or taking a nap on the comfy futon. If needed, this room can also sleep two more guests.
Prepare the fish you caught that day in the fully equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher. The kitchen’s breakfast bar with two stools overlooks the spacious great room with a new 42' flat screen TV (with DVD player) mounted above the gas fireplace. Enjoy views of the water from the dining room table that seats six. Relax on the new sleeper sofa and club chairs.
Walk out your back door to a deck overlooking the water with a new gas grill and four patio chairs. Park your boat at the dock or put it in the boat lift for long-term storage. If you don’t have a boat, enjoy fishing off the dock and a cold beverage.
We have also just added two new kayak's! Life jackets and paddles are stored in the garage and the kayaks are easily accessible from under the dock.
You have plenty of storage in the one car garage, and three additional parking spaces on property.

We are just finishing the last night of a 7 night stay at this condo and words can't express the convenience and beauty of it. There is a nice contained area along the side for pets and the lower deck has a gate to keep pet's and kids from the water. We brought our 24' boat and used the slip and lift. Have rented many places here, but this is one of the best. We will be booking it again for September.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

My and my family stayed for 5 days and we had a great time, the condo was clean and everything you would need was furnished. I would recommend anyone to say there. I can't say enough about how nice this unit is. The owners have gone the extra mile to include everything you would ever need. The deck overlooking the canal is so peaceful and a wonderful spot for morning coffee sunrise. I stayed for an entire month and the few small items that needed attention were dealt with promptly. The owners are very attentive and courteous. I will be planning to stay here any time I am in the area. You won't find another place with comfy beds, fine sheets and towels, spacious living area and convenience to the island's offerings. We LOVE staying here! After extensive research, we finally decided on this property and have never looked back. The whole place is light and bright, rooms are all a nice size, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen /family room look out on the deck/ water. We catch fish off the dock all the time and the live bait and tackle are just minutes away. The upstairs office is an added bonus with a ton of storage and the high speed wi-fi and "Dish" television are a must with 2 teenagers. The owner is very easy going and also super responsive to any requests we make. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends. Look no further if you want an ideal place to rest and relax in total comfort on the water!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I’m an Illinois native who fell in love with the Gulf coast while I lived in Houston for seven years. I currently live in the Chicago area and enjoy spending time with my family-watching my kids play soccer,fishing, cooking and traveling.

My fishing buddies and I would often travel to the gulf coast to escape the hassles of the big city. We discovered Corpus Christi/North Padre Island seven years ago and immediately knew that this is the place for us.
