When the electric door of the garage opens, you come across an imposing 370 m² three floor stone built villa, surrounded by 3000 m² of two level garden, overlooking the mountains, the countryside and the sea. The door of the main entrance opens to a sunlit area where the kitchen, the sitting area and the dining area are found. A French door opens to a veranda with breathtaking view. At the same floor there are a guest WC and a bedroom with 3 single beds. From this floor you can take the elevator or climb the stairs to the upper floor. A sunlit office area and 3 bedrooms are found there; two double and one with 3 single beds. All bedrooms have private balconies with amazing view. Stairs and the elevator lead to the lower floor. This floor consists of one twin bedroom and a cosy area, where a pool table, an exercise bike, a treadmill and a ping-pong table are found. The bedroom has a French door that opens to a quiet terrace. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Outside: When the electric door of the garage opens, you come across an impressive picture; an imposing 370m² stone built villa, surrounded by 3000m² of two level gardens, overlooking the mountains, the countryside and the sea. Around the large pool (50m²), which has an integral children’s pool / jacuzzi, you will find sunbeds for your sunbath. In one shadowy corner of the garden there are a barbecue, a traditional stone-oven and a table with chairs, where you can enjoy your meals. From every point of the garden the view is bewitching. And if you want to explore the beautiful surrounding area or go to the beach and you are a riding fun, you can ride one of the owner’s horses without charge.

The whole area is fully protected with security alarm system and the villa provides full backup of telephone, fax and internet support services. A welcome basket with traditional cretan goods will be waiting for you at your arrival at the villa.

Polemarhi is a small, unspoiled village, built among olive groves and next to a pine forest. It is close to the beach and nested at the cliffs of a hill, so it offers a magnificent view of the coastline at the north, the green countryside at the east and the mountain chain of Lefka Ori at the south. The nearest coastal village is Tavronitis, just 3 km away from Polemarhi.
Tavronitis is built at the end of Tavronitis River, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees and vineyards. It is located between Maleme and Kolibari villages, 20 km far from the city of Chania. The clean beach, bordered by trees and with several taverns by the sea is an easy short walk from the village centre.
The small village community has a bank, supermarket, bakery, grocery, coffee shops and taverns. A few more facilities are found at Kolimbari, a quiet calm village at the west, with long, open beaches excellent for swimming. At the east there is Maleme, another peaceful village with clear beaches.
