There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeps 6 with the queen sleeper sofa! The Crescent is on of the top desired properties on the beach! Smaller heated pool (Nov-Mar) and hot tub on pool deck as well. Newly added this year is wireless internet service in your condo and poolside.
Stacked washer and dryer in the laundry room. TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR. Nice workout facility as well as meeting room on-site. On-site check in and security 24 hours per day spring break-summer season. Game room (Arcade with video games) on-site. There is a full kitchen and grills are located on the property. Ideal vacation property for all! Very quiet. Some covered parking.
Five minute drive to Silver Sands Shopping Outlet and Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf. Close to restaurants. Beach service included in rental - Get 2 chairs and an umbrella during the season!

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, "Paradise!" The Destin area is abundant
with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.
