Our fabulous 100m2 apartment is very comfortable and bright; ideal for a family or a group of friends. From the balcony you can enjoy meals with the most beautiful views to the sea and the Olympic Port. Only a short walk from the beach.

Walking access: right next to the metro // 5 minutes to the beach // 8 minutes to a shopping mall that has cinemas (English version), restaurants, shops and a gym // 5 minutes to lots of restaurants by the sea side.

By metro: 3 stops to Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter // 2 stops to El Born, the cathedral, Picasso museum, main shopping street 'Passeig de Gracia' and Plaça Catalunya. // 5 stops to Sagrada Familia // 6 stops to Parc Guell and Montjuic.

This neighborhood is very quiet and safe, but you can find many restaurants by the seaside, shops, and parks . There is also a multi-screen cinema (original version with Spanish subtitles) and several shops within the ICARIA shopping mall, which is only within minutes walking from the apartment.

The apartment is how it looks like in the pictures. The coffee maker was not working when we arrived, but someone came and replaced it very quickly. Nice neighborhood, quiet.

We really loved the location and also the flat itself. It is big and close to the metro and also to the sea. Thanks again for the perfect organization as well.

Had a week in May at the apartment, and enjoyed every second of it. The apartment is well equipped, with wireless internet, ipod dock and all mod cons. Great sea views and a cool and comfortable balcony. There is a large pool, and a paddle ball court. Quietish beach was around 5 mins walk, and easy access to Metro gave the best of beach/city. Owner is very accommodating, and couldn't have been more helpful to us on our stay. Highly recommended!!

We love Barcelona and we try to go once a year. Was the fist time we rent an apartment and it has been a really good experience. The apartment was great, the contact person very helpful and the area fantastic. Great location, next to the Port and full of bars and places to visit. We will definitely come back to this apartment.

I want to get away with a family for few days and we couldn't get a better place, lovely apartment, amazing views, next to beach and old town. Fantastic location, very quiet and good communicated to every where. Kids enjoy very much the area. We really recommend this apartment for families and friends.
