Accommodations:  Beach House, 4 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 3 Baths (Sleeps 7-11)

Newly remodeled inside (April 2009 ) New laminate wood flooring and painting throughout - New photos coming soon - This property is located at 1997 Avocet in Oceanside Village a private/gated community just minutes from the beach - we have private beach access by car or golf cart - 2 golf carts are included for use while on your vacation if entire house is rented or if no one is in either up or down stairs (LICENSED DRIVERS ONLY). There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts,horseshoe pits and clubhouse in the community.

Sheets,towels and beach towels are included in the rent along with cleaning service when you check out.

During the season the entire house can be rented - during the off season the upstairs, downstairs OR the entire house can be rented - Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed and 2 futons in our huge sunroom. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds. There is 1 bath downstairs with a shower only, there is also a screened in porch downstairs.

Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, there is an outside shower, screened in porch downstairs and a huge deck upstairs, carport, shed, beach chairs, rafts, boogie boards, beach toys, grill, etc... Are there for your use. There is parking for four cars

There is a $200 refundable deposit due at time of booking. Rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. Small dogs will be allowed with an additional $100 per dog refundable deposit and previous permission. (NO CATS) The deposit is mailed back when keys are returned. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME OR DECK AND SCREEN PORCH!!!

  • We have been home for one week now and we miss the little apartment on Advocet. We stayed there for 3 months and I really would of liked another month there. We already have it rented for next Winter. We were very fortunate to have met Tracy and Nita. They are a neat couple and very, very accomadating landlords. They always have time to take a phone call and follow up on any requests. We were also very, very fortunate to have WONDERFUL Neighbors renting upstairs from us. They are one of the reasons we want to rent again next Winter, as they plan to be there. The People on Advocet are very nice Neighbors and make the Snowbirds feel right at home. We met alot of nice people. The apartment was very cozy and easy to keep up. The Golf Carts are a added plus and made going to the Beach so much nicer. Not many Land Lords provide golf carts. We really felt at home after 3 months. Lord willing we hope to rent for years to come.   • We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this Oceanside Village home! We rented the entire house and had plenty of room for our family and another family that came with us. The rate was very reasonable!! The two golf carts were wonderful and were like new! The beach toys and chairs were a huge plus! Didn't want to leave...can't wait to come back! Thanks!

  • Awesome! that's how we can describe the whole trip. The house is very spacious and you would really appreciate Nita and Tracy's attention to details. We booked both the units (4 couples and 2 kids) and found everything from the BBQ to the sun room, from spacious living rooms to the golf carts - simply great. Had a great time. Will definitely like to book this beautiful house again when we come back to Myrtle beach again. Thanks Tracey and Nita!!

  • I along with two of my sisters and a brother stayed at the beach house for a week. What a spacious place it is. It is very clean and has everything that one would need for a stay at the beach. There are toys on the back porch and games in the dining room. It would be a great place for a large family. Nita, the owner, was excellent to deal with.

  • WE LOVED THE BEACH HOUSE.THE LOCATION WAS WONDERFUL CLOSE TO THE GROCERY STORE AND THE BEACH.THE GOLF CARTS ARE A BIG PLUS.WE LOADED OUR BEACH TOWELS AND BEACH BAGS AND UMBRELLA AND AWAY WE WENT.NITA IS THE NICEST PERSON WE HAVE EVER RENTED FROM AND SHE THINKS OF EVERYTHING.THE LITTLE STORAGE ROOM HAD BEACH UMBRELLAS,BEACH TOYS EVERTHING YOU WILL NEED.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OCEANSIDE VILLAGE UNLESS I CAN STAY AT THE HOUSE CALLED" A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN".   • We rented both units for our extended family to attend a local wedding. Nita was extremely nice and the house is really well equipped (even has laundry/dish detergents and cleaning supplies without extra fees) and so close to the beach. Love the golf carts, very nice beachfront cafe, quiet area, nice pool, easy to find. We stayed in Oct. 2005 and it was very relaxing for such a family event. Even though we rented the house for sleeping/bathing purposes to attend a wedding, we can see how it would be perfect for a summer vacation as well. Thanks Ms. Nita for your hospitality.

  • We had a great time and this is a great home especially if two families want to vacation together like we did. There was plenty of room and amenities at this house. The location was also great. We enjoyed everyday there and plan many returns.
