Our family had a wonderful stay at this awesome home in Oceanside Village! The owners couldn't have been more helpful in answering all our questions prior to our stay. If you are wanting a home that has everything, this is the home for you. There were toys, games, boogie boards, chairs, towels, beach towels, etc. for all to use. There was a lot of outdoor seating on the deck and below. We of course loved the golf carts and used them a lot :) We hardly used our car since we could hop in the golf cart and cruise over to the beach in Oceanside Village's private lot. It was a nice touch that there is rope lighting on the top deck which gives you a huge lit up space to gather even at night. Oh yeah, there are several outdoor showers (including one in the back of the house that is enclosed where you can take a private shower with warm water). Thanks so much Nita for making our vacation a special one!! We hope to come again :)

Great Beach House

We stayed at A little piece of Heaven October 22. The house was fantastic, Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out, loved the separate up and downstairs living areas and kitchens, great for large families or a girls weekend like we had. The house was clean, and nicely decorated, the kitchens are equipped to cook anything you would like. Love the hardwood floors, the decks and screen porch. The house comes equipped with everything you would need for vacation, down to beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, games galore, beach towels, nice bed linens, and big fluffy bath towels, and plenty of them. Really all you need to bring are clothes and personal items. The golf carts are great for getting around the village, and to the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone, and hope to stay there again myself in the future. The owners are really nice, and have made every effort to ensure thier vacation home will suit anyone's needs.

My family and I stayed at this rental property for a week this summer. It was a wonderful time. The house had all the ammenaties, and it was a perfect central location to the beach, stores, putt putt golf, water park, flea market and the Pier. The golfs cart made getting around the neighborhood, the pools, and the beach, so convenient. My children loved all of the boards games in the house to play. I would recommend every family to stay at the Day residence in Oceanside Village in a heart beat. I will definitely be making another reservation really soon for next summer. My other half, my children, and myself have finally found our home away from home. Thank you Nita & Tracy for our wonderful stay in your home. Tricia

Tracy and Nita, We vacationed at your wonderful beach house in early September with our son and family. Each of us has brought back great memories of our time together. We can't say enought about how much fun our stay at your beach house was. We had the entire house with our large family and had plenty of room. The golf carts were a plus-- and we had everything we needed-plus more. The house was clean with plenty of linens to go round. PS: the new wood floors through out the house are simply awesome! We stayed for three months, Jan, Feb and March. We loved the house because it was very cozy. We did a lot of walking because all the amenties were very close by. Our pugs enjoyed the sunroom and the deck on warm days. We could not ask for better landlords, they kept in touch with us and made sure we had everything that we needed. We found the house clean and welcomong upon our arrival. We will be back next year and look forward to a warmer winter.

We have been home for one week now and we miss the little apartment on Advocet. We stayed there for 3 months and I really would of liked another month there. We already have it rented for next Winter. We were very fortunate to have met Tracy and Nita. They are a neat couple and very, very accomadating landlords. They always have time to take a phone call and follow up on any requests. We were also very, very fortunate to have WONDERFUL Neighbors renting upstairs from us. They are one of the reasons we want to rent again next Winter, as they plan to be there. The People on Advocet are very nice Neighbors and make the Snowbirds feel right at home. We met alot of nice people. The apartment was very cozy and easy to keep up. The Golf Carts are a added plus and made going to the Beach so much nicer. Not many Land Lords provide golf carts. We really felt at home after 3 months. Lord willing we hope to rent for years to come. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this Oceanside Village home! We rented the entire house and had plenty of room for our family and another family that came with us. The rate was very reasonable!! The two golf carts were wonderful and were like new! The beach toys and chairs were a huge plus! Didn't want to leave...can't wait to come back! Thanks!

Awesome! that's how we can describe the whole trip. The house is very spacious and you would really appreciate Nita and Tracy's attention to details. We booked both the units (4 couples and 2 kids) and found everything from the BBQ to the sun room, from spacious living rooms to the golf carts - simply great. Had a great time. I along with two of my sisters and a brother stayed at the beach house for a week. What a spacious place it is. It is very clean and has everything that one would need for a stay at the beach. There are toys on the back porch and games in the dining room. It would be a great place for a large family. Nita, the owner, was excellent to deal with.

We rented both units for our extended family to attend a local wedding. Nita was extremely nice and the house is really well equipped (even has laundry/dish detergents and cleaning supplies without extra fees) and so close to the beach. Love the golf carts, very nice beachfront cafe, quiet area, nice pool, easy to find. We stayed in Oct. 2005 and it was very relaxing for such a family event. Even though we rented the house for sleeping/bathing purposes to attend a wedding, we can see how it would be perfect for a summer vacation as well. Thanks Ms. Nita for your hospitality.

We would recommend your beach house to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay near the beach. There is everything you would need to make your stay wonderful, We stayed in the upper unit, its very large and has everything you could ask for. The community was very nice and clean and the two pools were very nice. You won't be dissapointed if you rent this place, I just found it to rent on this site and we were really happy with it.
