Why the Owner Chose Crystal Sands
Crescent Beach is one of the finest white sand beach. It is Family oriented and my childs loves it here. The sunset view is amazing at night. Crescent Beach is consistently voted in the top 10 beach worldwide!!!! Crystal Sands is 20 minutes from Sarasota (SRQ) airport, or one hour from Tampa (TPA) or Ft. Meyers (RSW). Crystal Sands is also 2 hours away from Disney or Universal Studios.

Very disappointed in unit. Bath towels shredded with strings. Caked on dust on bathroom mirrors and vents in second bedroom. Filthy carpet in second bedroom. Dishwasher was full of brown water and I had to talk to plumber, not owner. Had to eat off paper plates the whole week! Light bulbs out. Stain on lampshade. The best thing was the view. It shows the owner does not follow up on unit care.

My husband and I had a great time in your condo during our stay! The condo was well furnished. The view from the lanai was outstanding and for the price we paid, we could not have asked for more. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you guys for everything!!
