My mother and I had I wonderful stay for her 80th birthday! The property is very convenient and close to grocery stores and other conveniences. But also in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The interior was very very clean and neat and provided all that you need for any home. Even including washing detergent!! The home is nicely decorated and the backyard with hot tub very private. The owner was super to work with and we would definitely stay there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our family spent a week in this fully equipped house! It could not have been a more perfect location for us as we were visiting Grandparents who were only a short drive away! Such a warm inviting environment. The kids loved loved loved the pool! They found it a tad cold especially after being in the HOT Arizona sun. But once you are in it is wonderful. It was the best once the sun was down! This house had everything we could possibly need. The master bedroom was so sprawling. Especially the master bath with walk in shower and nice deep tub and enormous master closet. Mary Beth was above and beyond accommodating. And responded instantly to our every need ( no matter how goofy they might be!) We will be back for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in Yuma. The Pool and Spa are great the house is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent a very quite neighborhood but a little more than a mile to go shopping or jump on the I-8 to go into Yuma.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home that was furnished with everything we needed to feel right at home. Three retired school teachers came to read, relax, swim, cook and sightsee. This home made all these activities and more, doable and enjoyable. Our experience was so positive that we have already reserved time for 2014. We made a wonderful connection with the owners and truly felt welcomed by them and encouraged to contact them if needed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks and were extremely pleased with our stay. The salt water pool and hot tub was great, the house was clean and spacious, and very private. Management was very helpful in every respect. This was our first time to the Yuma area, and we were very pleased with the location of the home.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
