Not ocean front, buts it is literally across the street from Kam III Beach and numerous other beautiful beaches Kihei had to offer and very close to Wailea and Makena. Location wise it walking distance to everything you needed, grocery, bars, incredible food, and petroleum for your rental. My friends and I really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was modern and had everything needed to cook full blown meals. Completely stocked plus a dishwasher. The living area was comfortable with it's 5 person sectional sofa and large LCD with cable tv. The dining area seated 4 at the table and another 3 at the counter.. The foyer area was big for a condo with full size washer and dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Extras included multiple beach chairs and beach play equipment. My only gripe was that AC was centralized in the living room and it took fans from the bedrooms to adequately cool the living spaces. Security in the area is very strict since it is a residential area, so feel free to touch bases with them as you arrive and get your parking permits. The owners have laid out a very simple check-in and check out list of procedures and the rental manager Anne Montgomery was very nice and even stopped by to make sure everything was in good repair. My friends and I called this place our "Home" away from home and we treated like it was ours. This rental was a good value compared to 99% of the others in the same price range that only yielded 2 bd-2 baths. So I've literally done your homework for you, and these place trumps all, in that it is modern, comfortable, convenient and a great value. I hope the home owners keep up the good work and keeps the rates reasonable. We will be returning...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We enjoyed the condo's close proximity to the Beautiful Kam 3 beach and park. Also the newly remodeled condo was very nice and we really liked having the full sized washer and dryer. Look forward to coming back...Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3
