About the owner: We are two retired brothers who have inherited unit from parents - beautiful location and wonderful neighbors. The beach is the best along the Gulf - not crowded and perfect beach. We live in Midwest and travel extensively.

Venice is on an island and has many things to do. Close to Sarasota (20 Miles) and Ft. Myers airports -easy travel. We love the water and being on the Gulf and watching the terrific sunsets is pure heaven. Lots of golf, shopping, and boating - marina is just down the way - walkable.

You are right on the beach. When you walk out the door you have a private pool and a city park to the north - Private. A short walk North and you are at the Jetty and fabulous Crow's Nest restaurant - watch the boats and enjoy a terrific meal.
