Upscale, private Adobe-style residence surrounded by $1M homes in beautiful North Scottsdale, AZ, adjacent to Tonto National Forest. Recently renovated, newly furnished, and decorated in authentic south-western style.
Stretch out in large, high ceiling living and family rooms (each with marble floors and a fireplace), or curl up with a book in the cozy study. Prepare gourmet meals in the large kitchen (granite counter tops, island, stainless steel appliances) or cook out on the outdoor grill. Head outside to the intimate patio (with outdoor fireplace), or jump into your private large salt-water heated pool with a beautiful natural stone waterfall. Enjoy magnificent views of the city and the mountains from the rooftop observation terrace. At the end of the day, relax in the spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed, hardwood floors, 2 walk-in closets, private entrance, large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Two upstairs bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed), each with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the back yard patio and the pool. There is additional room to sleep 2 more people on futons in the study and the master bedroom. (Altogether the house sleeps 6 - 8 guests).
You’ll always find something fun to do whether you’re getting some sun in a chaise lounge beside the pool or playing yard games with your family and friends. The property offers ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, water basketball hoop, other yard games. If you’re looking for indoor entertainment, you’ll find large screen HD TVs, cable, high-speed internet, a collection of DVDs, books, and board games.
There are plenty of other adventures a short drive from the house. A number of golf courses within several miles. 20 minutes to Bartlett Lake (beaches, boat rentals). Several nearby trail heads into the Tonto National Forest. 10-15 minutes from dining and shopping in Carefree and Cave Creek.

The house and property are beautiful. The house is well stocked and there was nothing that we needed that we could not locate. Additionally, the furnishings are top notch. The property is located in an area where there are other houses but all you hear are the birds chirping, no human sounds. Recommendations: Visit the Grand Canyon, 3.5 hour drive. Go to A.J.'s (grocery store) and get a couple of wood fired pizzas - excellent. Hike Pinnacle Peak - easy hike and breathtaking views, short drive from the house. Also bring some binnoculars for the roof top patio. Great star gazing at night and every morning excellent view of hot air balloons taking off in the distance. Our stay in Boulderview was wonderful. The home offers the best of the southwest and more comforts than home. The kitchen was perfectly appointed, down to the chips and local salsa provided by the owner. The three bedrooms offered privacy and the many sitting areas offered lots of great gathering spots. We had no trouble staying up into the wee hours remembering in comfortable spots that begged us to stay longer. The backyard is the icing on the cake. The beautiful pool, waterfalls and sitting area was just perfect. We enjoyed the afternoon sun and watched birds to our heart's content. The only drawback was the home's distance from Phoenix and its attractions and restaurants. We had to drive several miles to the grocery store and found ourselves driving back and forth to shopping and eating each day. We didn't realize the distance. But there is plenty to do nearby. The home was spotless, everything was in working order, and the property manager made sure we knew how everything worked. We would definitely recommend Boulderview for a short or long stay in Scottsdale.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving.. Had a wonderful time.. Home needed nothing,, had everything you needed and extras in the cabinets.... Grand View of Phoenix at Night from roof top. Close to Carefree which is a wonderful small town.. We drove to Sedona in 1 1/2 hours and Grand Canyon in 3..... We loved it and recommend it to anyone.. 100% Clean......Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

What a beautiful property! I stayed there last weekend with some friends and could not be happier. The property is located in a serine part of Northern Scottsdale offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The house is clean, spacious and meticulously decorated. Each bathroom offers unique designs and a fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to make a scrumptious meal. The beds are very comfortable. The listed photos are a very accurate depiction of the property. The backyard is well maintained, has beautiful sparkling pool as well as stylish comfortable patio furniture. Everything needed for your enjoyment. And if that’s not enough, there is a patio on the roof with views that will take your breath away – day or night. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in Scottsdale in comfort!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The house is located in a really nice secluded area. When you get into the house you get the feel that you are in some kind of resort. It has a great feel to it, clean, huge, with a lot of rooms, bathrooms, nice kitchen, TVs on both first and the second floor. The view from the roof is magnificent. If you go to the roof at night, you'll see the sky like you've never seen before. The back yard is very nice with awesome pool. I will definitely do my best to stay there again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
