2605 Shamrock is a 1600 sq ft home with a fenced in backyard where you can grill and relax on the porch swing or patio table for four. It is located in a quite area next to Indian Hills Park with Frisbee golf, dog parks, softball/basketball facilities and playgrounds.
You will have access to two closets for hanging items, Spare room closet and the large coat closet in the hall. Plenty of room for hanging clothes and there is a dresser in the master bedroom also.
DirecTV in the living room, spare bedroom and the Master Bedroom. Access to DVD players in each bedroom and living room. Home completely equipped with ADT security system.
The kitchen is very cozy supplied with anything you need and I always leave condiments in the fridge.
Pets are welcome and there is a refundable pet deposit . If no pet, no deposit needed. Pets will love the spacious fenced in back yard and nearby dog park!
There is a 3rd bedroom that is a nursery and it will be locked during your stay. If needed, may negotiate its use. We are also going to supply a air mattress for additional sleeping. Sheets, blankets, and towels will also be provided.
