Located in Uptown New Orleans and is a stones throw from amazing Magazine Street shops and restaurants. This is a very walkable space that is 100 feet from the bus line and 5 blocks to the world famous St. Charles Avenue Streetcar line. I have lived in and owned this property for 15 years. It is MY personal favorite location in New Orleans. Just off Magazine Street between Louisiana and Napoleon Avenues. It offers off-street parking and unit is a completely renovated 800 sq foot apartment with central A/C and heat. This 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment features one King and one Queen bed with new linens and 1200 thread count sheets . The 12 foot ceilings and newly refinished hardwood floors are original 1900s structure. The kitchen has new granite countertops and sink with a stackable in unit washer and dryer. There is a 50 inch flat screen tv in the living room with cable and WIFI included. There is a new left side chase leather couch that seats 4 comfortably. You are centrally located uptown for incredible shopping with 5 award winning eateries less than 2 miles from the apartment. Some of these include Lilette, The Bouligny Tavern, Cafe Atchafalaya, Commanders Palace, La Petit Grocery, and at least 20 more I don't have space to list. New Orleans is known for its amazing food and we are located in the heart of it. The Audubon Zoo and Park are less than 3 miles up the street. We are very close to fun libations and live music. The apartment is also just 5 blocks from the Mardi Gras uptown parade routes. I would love to meet you and have you stay in the apartment. I live on the premises and allow 5 guests max. I have lived here for 20 years. It is my ABSOLUTE favorite spot Uptown. I walk every where. The shopping, eating, and neighborhood feel of this place is without comparison.
