Comfortable, non-smoking, spacious three bedroom, four bath townhouse, nestled in the mountains of Utah, at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort.
This townhouse features a private indoor hot tub with 28 jets for year round enjoyment in complete relaxation. Beautifully furnished throughout with two cozy wood burning fireplaces and artwork featuring local Park City artists. There are accommodations for eight guests (one King, one Queen, two twins, one Queen convertible sofa).
The condominium has four televisions with a VCR, stereo, CD player, DVD player and "Surround Sound." A private balcony offers a scenic view of the ski slopes. There is an outside entrance for total privacy, a covered carport, and one additional reserved parking spot.
The condominium complex features a heated pool, extra large indoor hot tub, sauna, children's pool (summer only), tennis courts (summer only), volleyball court (summer only), picnic area (summer only), and a private meeting room - for birthday parties, etc. (additional fee required).
Downtown Park City is just three miles from our complex, with many restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping. The off season activities are abundant! Autumn Aloft, Hot Air Balloon Festival, 2002 Olympic Venues, Deer Creek Lake for boating, fishing, biking, and hiking. And GREAT golf courses are minutes away!

Why the Owner Chose Canyons Townhome
Our family loves to ski in the winter and be in the great outdoors in the summer. Park City is a world destination year round. Where else can you go to 3 different world class ski resorts via a short shuttle ride? The summer offers moutain biking, fishing, horseback riding, zip lines, music and fun, fun, fun!

My wife and I fell in love with Park City during our very first visit. We enjoyed the wonderful mountain scenery, the 3 world class ski resorts, the unique small town atmosphere and of course the famous Utah snow (“The Greatest Snow on Earth”).
We loved the town, unfortunately, we found the Park City lodging to be inconsistent. Some condos in a complex were nice, but others were far less desirable. Because of this, we decided to purchase our first vacation home and made it available for you to also enjoy. This condo was so popular, we were unable to stay there ourselves. This led us to purchase our second condo, which also proved to be exceedingly popular.
To make a long story short, we now own 7 different condos, each with their own exciting personality. This allows us to offer you the best and most affordable lodging in Park City, Utah!
