December 12, 2009 through April 17, 2010 - $1150/week.
There is a 6% Sales Tax & 5% Florida Tourist Bed Tax.
NO CHARGE FOR CLEANING! A $200 Deposit is Required and will Be Applied
to balance owed. Cancellations in Writing at least 60 Days
in advance will receive deposit refund. After that time,
the deposit is unrefundable. Condominium Rules prohibit pets in rental units.
Motorcycles and boat trailers are prohibited by Condo rules.
