We welcome you to be our guests at our Wintergreen home. For discriminating guests who seek the finest accommodations at Wintergreen at reduced rates compared to Wintergreen Resort – for luxurious couples get away or a large multi-family reunion.

Awesome views of mountains, valley and golf course from every room and each of the four decks. The spacious main deck permits dining for eight at tree top level. Our great room includes a cathedral ceiling with mahogany beams and 2 story mahogany framed windows, as well as a dramatic floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. Decorated with comfortable furnishings, tasteful accessories and a state of art 50 inch plasma home theatre and whole house stereo system.

Four bedrooms each with lots of windows and four full baths: a romantic king-size master suite, three queen-size bedrooms; pillow-top mattresses in all bedrooms. One bunk room with two twin beds. Office with separate full bath for extra convertible sleeping.

Dining room with deck access and picturesque views of the mountain and valley seats 10 comfortably with a separate table with seating for 4. Also there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen snack bar.

Lower Level includes a second large screen satellite TV, DVD and PlayStation, great for kids who like video games. Includes large game room with pool table and access to two decks - one with a large hot tub.

Our home is on a private street but it is only a short walk or drive to the Tennis Center, Wintergreen Spa, the Nature Foundation and the Devils Knob Grill and Golf Course. The Ski Slopes are just minutes away. The 27 hole Stoney Creek Golf Course, Clubhouse and more tennis courts are just 20 minutes down the mountain in the valley section of Wintergreen.

Backup propane fueled power generator ensures that an electrical outage will not ruin your visit. Prepare to be dazzled by a night sky filled with stars so close and by the far away lights of the valley below.

  • Many thanks to the Luce's for opening their home to us during our visit to Wintergreen on Dec 27-31, 2008. The home was beautiful, spacious, and all the windows provided an exceptional view of the nature around you. The home was well furnished and very clean......the bed in the master was extremely comfortable. The location in Wintergreen is great and only minutes away from the slopes. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Wintergreen......give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!

  • The Luce home was perfect! It has a great location and attractive decor. I was especially pleased with the immaculate condition of the house. Two dishwashers was a definite plus and during ski season the two laundry rooms I'm sure are an added bonus. We were there in October and the scenery was beautiful. When we return to Wintergreen we would only want to stay at this house!

  • We had a great experience staying at the Luce's home for a week this past August. Our two families with four adults and three young children were very comfortable - there was a ton of space for us all to spread out. The house is in a beautiful, private, wooded location with lovely views of the mountains and many decks from which to admire them. It is well-stocked and nicely kept. We would look forward to returning in the future.

  • We enjoyed your beautiful home Labor Day weekend. Our group was adults and teenagers - the multiple living areas allowed everyone to have space with lots of delightful gathering spaces. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The views were spectacular, the hot tub awesome and the pool table enjoyed by all. We enjoyed the easy access to great hiking and hope to return for ski season. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
