Love the Hi Country Haus area, but looking for something a little more modern, clean, and spacious? Enjoy the quiet privacy of this unit which is just a short walk to all Winter Park has to offer for restaurants, bars, music, and movies. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit is beautifully updated, fully furnished, comfortable, and clean. The floors are engineered wood throughout, with a comfortable living area and open floor plan to the stainless/granite kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, closet and full sized LG washer/dryer, while the other has a twin over queen bunk, dresser, and attached bath with an oversized shower stall. The community also has a recreational center with video games, pool table, and four hot tubs, and an indoor for your enjoyment (pool reopens mid-December). That's not enough, visit the Grand County Recreational Center less than a mile away for a full fitness center, courts, lap pools, and a water slide, lazy river, and kiddie pools too!
Cable television and internet included. Pool and hot tubs are now open again.

We really enjoyed our stay over the holiday and found both the accommodations and location to be just right for us. The ski shuttle was close by as were the restaurants and other local stores. The place was roomy for the three of us, very clean and a sweet welcome basket was waiting for us upon arrival. The owners were great to work with and made access upon arrival very convenient. Thank you for a great holiday vacation stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo is updated with modern appliances and decor, very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to stay in and cook a meal, or walk a couple of blocks to enjoy a night on the town. Winter Park is beautiful in the fall and we enjoyed hiking in the crisp air with the Aspens glowing yellow. Thanks for a great getaway - we'll be back soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

EXHIBIT A: RENTAL RULES 1. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed within the property, or in common areas to include all decks and balconies. If parties wish to smoke they must do so in the parking lot per Homeowners Association policy. Any violations, and fees incurred from not following policy will be a direct cost to Guest. 2. GUEST LIMITS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. No pets were negotiated in this agreement, therefore no pets are permitted. 3. QUIET HOURS: The Guest and their party are to adhere to the Homeowners Association policy of quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Any grievances filed during the stay will result in a $20 fine collected from the Security Deposit, in addition to any fines incurred by the Homeowners Association. The units are privately owned, and everybody is expected to be respectful of others, renters and owners alike. 4. LIABILITY: All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. CLEANLINESS: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 6. USAGE: Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The community recreational facility does not provide towels at the hot tub, so guests are permitted to take towels with them, but all must be returned. 8. PARKING: Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only, which are available on a first come, first served, basis. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing. Applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9. COMMUNITY RECREATIONAL FACILITIES: All members of the Guest party must adhere to posted rules at the Community Recreational Facility. Children are expected to be under adult supervision at all times. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this amenity and use is at your own risk. 10. FIREPLACE: The fireplace in the unit is a wood burning fireplace; however the use of it is not permitted. The candles may be lit while Guest is present, and shall be extinguished upon any departure from the unit. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. 11. STORMS: The weather in the Rocky Mountains can be unpredictable, and treacherous. No refunds will be given for storms or impassable roadways.
