Single-level, luxury home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and features four beautifully decorated bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and a private screened pool with a large deck overlooking a conservation wildlife area. Relax to a beautiful view with lots of privacy!
The house is ideally located just 10 minutes away from Disney World and only minutes away from Highway 192 where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Shortcut to the Super Walmart (2 minutes), come in the back way so don't have to fight any traffic!
Sleeps up to ten guests, this home has one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, four twin beds, and one queen-size sleeper sofa in Great Room. All bedrooms are completely furnished and decorated Florida style and include ceiling fans and remote controlled color cable TVs. (one 55" HDTV, one 42" HDTV, one 32" HDTV, two 22" HDTV's.and one 13" TV for VHS tapes.) There are also 3 Blu-Ray Disc DVD Players, DVD player, VHS player, CD player, plus over 60 movies. Relax and enjoy music out by the pool. Very family oriented, so you will find toys, games, pool toys, and books for everyone's enjoyment. Enjoy free "secure high speed, wireless internet connection" while staying at my home. Free local and long distance phone service.
The livingroom is beautifully decorated and overlooks pool area, with comfortable seating that includes couch, love seat, and rocke/recliner chair. There is a 55" HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and stereo system.
The master bedroom with king bed has direct access to the pool area and en suite bathroom with double sinks, extra large tub, and a separate shower area. It also has a large walk in closet with hangers for wardrobe and storage. Includes 42" HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player.
The Queen bedroom has 32" HDTV with built in Blu-Ray DVD player. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds with 22" flat screen TV's. One includes a built-in DVD player.
Your kitchen is complete with all appliances and includes a breakfast area for informal dining. Your home includes a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. Baby furniture (highchair, port-a-crib, strollers) and gas grill are also available for extra charge.
Enjoy extra privacy and great view of trees and pond while you relax in your own private screened enclosed pool. Remember, this pool never closes! Covered lanai area so you can be outside even if it is raining. Patio furniture includes tables, chairs, chaise loungers, outside shower and pool towel rack. Convenient pool cover on roller to help keep your pool warm at all times.
You will have all the luxuries of home and more, as this is our vacation home too, and we wanted total comfort and enjoyment! For your convenience our management company is available 24 hours. Our home is professionally cleaned and maintained. It is licensed with the State of Florida and Osceola County and is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and emergency lighting. This house is located within 20 to 30 minutes of all the attractions and convention center in Orlando. The appearance , amenities, and cleanliness was spot-on. The owner gave us detailed instructions on how to arrive, shortcuts, and nearby shopping, which greatly simplified our experience. We highly recommend that anyone visiting this area to consider this rental property over a hotel or resort, the privacy and intimacy of this property is so much nicer than the crowds of the hotels and resorts. If seeing attractions in the area do not miss Harry Potter world, this is a must see and I do mean must, we all had the experience of a lifetime on the Hogwarts experience.

My family and I love this property and cannot wait to go back. The owner is great to work with. This property has everything you can ask for. Great pool, awesome tv's, very nice master bathroom(I loved it), and a master bed that I could stay in all vacation long and not worry about going to the parks. My kids enjoyed this home so much that they were arguing with us to leave Sea World and go back to the house because they enjoyed it so much!!

Me, my wife, 7 & 4 year old daughters, and 1 year son stayed here the first week of November. The pool was very clean, the home was nicely appointed, and the neighborhood was pleasantly quite. We found the access to WDW Parks very quick and accomodating. The WalMart was literally 4 minutes up the road. The kids enjoyed the surround sound on the living room DVD and we all slept like a mouse. We all enjoyed the oversized garage, especially when unloading the groceries.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This place is immaculate and great for families with young children. We spent most of our days at Disney. Once home, no matter the time, the kids went for a swim in the heated pool. My husband and I love to cook...the kitchen is well-stocked with nice culinary tools. Our stay got extended due to the snowstorms up North...We were bummed that we had to leave for another property as this house was already reserved the next day.

We recently stayed in this lovely home. It is ideal for a family. We were 5 adults, and the sleeping arrangements weren't ideal for us. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed is quite small, and it shares a sm bathroom with the other bedrooms. My adult dau slept in one of the twin beds and they are really meant for kids. So- for a family with several children, it is a great place. The pool is really nice, the kitchen well equipped, espec for kids, and there is loads of entertainment for the children. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. I would recommend this home to friends with children, but not for a group of adults. The owner is very pleasant to deal with, and everything is very organized.

My husband and myself and our four kids stayed here for our first time in Florida. WOW - what a GREAT place to stay. This house is soo clean, and soo nice. It has everything you need to be home away from home. Great pool, and nice and quiet area. It has lots of movies and stuff for the kids (even though we didn't need to use it being the weather was great!!) Cindy is a great person to deal with. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It is so close to Disney, about 10 minutes away. This is the only way to go if you are coming to this area!! Thanks Cindy - if we ever get back to Florida, this is where we will stay!!!!

We recently took a vacation to Florida and stayed at this house. It was wonderful. It was great to have a kitchen and plenty of room for us. The best part was having our own private pool! The house is a beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. We will definitely be back.

This house has easy access to Disney, Universal, and Sea World. It was truely 10 min from Disney. The house is was a great size for the 6 of us and the kids loved the pool. Would love to stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and we loved it! It's such a comfortable place with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The close proximity to all the theme parks is an added bonus, not to mention the convenience of the nearby Walmart store. This is the only way we will visit Florida.
