We had the best time ever! This is a lovely home, it was perfect for our family (4 adults and 3 kids). The house is beautiful, it's clean and really well-maintained. It's a convenient location for all the theme parks (Universal, Disney, Sea World) and only an hour away from Cap Canaveral. Cindy was really helpful to prepare our stay, everything was perfectly organized. Thank you so much Cindy, if we have the chance to come back we will definitely call you ! We had a wonderful vacation!!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. This was the first time we rented a home in the disney area, and after this vacation we will probably never stay in a hotel in the disney area again. Cindy's home was just as described and it is located near everything. We actually travelled to clearwater beach and cocoa beach during our stay, so this location was ideal. The pool was just as described and the home was spotless. Anyone thinking of renting a home in the area should stay here. We also went to Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and had dinner at Medieval Times. We actually came home from Magic Kingdom for the afternoon to swim and went back for the evening. We've been to Disney 5 times and this was the best one yet. Can't wait to go back!

Following a long trip from England it was great to be able to find this accommodation so welcoming ! A lovely pool and the house so clean and well maintained to an extremely high standard. It is close to all the main theme parks and the nearest Walmart store is close by to keep you stocked up with all the goodies required. There were 5 in our party and we all had a lovely holiday. We particularly enjoyed being able to come away from the parks and after a long day be able to fully relax in this lovely home. Thanks to Cindy who was extremely helpful in ensuring we had all the necessary information and the local management company who were there to clean the pool etc and answer any questions we had. A terrific time had by all and already looking forward to a return visit.

I had a wonderful time in Florida. We spent 8 days in this awesome house and it was worth it. We looked at staying AT Disney, but that would have been almost triple the cost without the privacy. Throw in having our own pool and you can guess how awesome this place was to stay. Anyone that I meet that asks about Florida places to stay I tell them about this house. We will be returning to this house next time we come Thank you!

This house is located within 20 to 30 minutes of all the attractions and convention center in Orlando. The appearance , amenities, and cleanliness was spot-on. The owner gave us detailed instructions on how to arrive, shortcuts, and nearby shopping, which greatly simplified our experience. We highly recommend that anyone visiting this area to consider this rental property over a hotel or resort, the privacy and intimacy of this property is so much nicer than the crowds of the hotels and resorts. If seeing attractions in the area do not miss Harry Potter world, this is a must see and I do mean must, we all had the experience of a lifetime on the Hogwarts experience.

My family and I love this property and cannot wait to go back. The owner is great to work with. This property has everything you can ask for. Great pool, awesome tv's, very nice master bathroom(I loved it), and a master bed that I could stay in all vacation long and not worry about going to the parks. My kids enjoyed this home so much that they were arguing with us to leave Sea World and go back to the house because they enjoyed it so much!!

Me, my wife, 7 & 4 year old daughters, and 1 year son stayed here the first week of November. The pool was very clean, the home was nicely appointed, and the neighborhood was pleasantly quite. We found the access to WDW Parks very quick and accomodating. The WalMart was literally 4 minutes up the road. The kids enjoyed the surround sound on the living room DVD and we all slept like a mouse. We all enjoyed the oversized garage, especially when unloading the groceries.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and myself and our four kids stayed here for our first time in Florida. WOW - what a GREAT place to stay. This house is soo clean, and soo nice. It has everything you need to be home away from home. Great pool, and nice and quiet area. It has lots of movies and stuff for the kids (even though we didn't need to use it being the weather was great!!) Cindy is a great person to deal with. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It is so close to Disney, about 10 minutes away. This is the only way to go if you are coming to this area!! Thanks Cindy - if we ever get back to Florida, this is where we will stay!!!!

great home for one family

We recently stayed in this lovely home. It is ideal for a family. We were 5 adults, and the sleeping arrangements weren't ideal for us. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed is quite small, and it shares a sm bathroom with the other bedrooms. My adult dau slept in one of the twin beds and they are really meant for kids. So- for a family with several children, it is a great place. The pool is really nice, the kitchen well equipped, espec for kids, and there is loads of entertainment for the children. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. I would recommend this home to friends with children, but not for a group of adults. The owner is very pleasant to deal with, and everything is very organized.

This place is immaculate and great for families with young children. We spent most of our days at Disney. Once home, no matter the time, the kids went for a swim in the heated pool. My husband and I love to cook...the kitchen is well-stocked with nice culinary tools. Our stay got extended due to the snowstorms up North...We were bummed that we had to leave for another property as this house was already reserved the next day.

We recently took a vacation to Florida and stayed at this house. It was wonderful. It was great to have a kitchen and plenty of room for us. The best part was having our own private pool! The house is a beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. We will definitely be back.

This house has easy access to Disney, Universal, and Sea World. It was truely 10 min from Disney. The house is was a great size for the 6 of us and the kids loved the pool. Would love to stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and we loved it! It's such a comfortable place with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The close proximity to all the theme parks is an added bonus, not to mention the convenience of the nearby Walmart store. This is the only way we will visit Florida.

Had a great time in Florida and especially Cindy's wonderful home. The villa is perfectly maintained and we enjoyed to stay at this lovely and private place. Our kids had fun with the pool and toys provided. The villa is close to all attractions and a 24 hour Wal Mart is only a few minutes away. Planning to come back next year and enjoy this place again.

We stayed at Cindy's place from March 2nd thru April 4th 2008 and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The home is very comfortable and clean. Very easy to travel to Disney. Cindy called twice to make sure everything was O.K. The heated pool was great. Unfortunately the pool heater gave up but Cindy approved installation of a new heater and it was installed within a couple of days.

We stayed at this property for my daughters birthday in April 2007 and had a wonderful time. The home not only had a pool but was fully equipped with games,movies and books to help past those rainy days of nights just with the family. The place was spotlessly clean and well maintained. I loved it so much and the owners made the experience great by working with this military family that we are renting it again for november 2007. It is a great place for any family to enjoy.

This is the perfect place for a Florida vacation! The house is organized, spotless, affordable, and very comfortable. Cindy has taken the time to ensure that the house has wonderful "extras" for families, such as pool toys and Disney movies. My family and I are discussing another (longer) Florida vacation in the future, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We highly recommend this home.

We stayed here in March of 2007 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I don't think we could ever consider a hotel. The pool was beautiful, the privacy wonderful and the entire house is spotless. It made our vacation and Cindy was terrific to deal with on a very last minute reservation. The house is beautiful and I can totally recommend staying here without any regrets at all. It is close to everything and very convenient.

This house is perfect for a Disney family vacation. After staying here, I don't know how anybody could stay at a hotel. Do yourself a huge favor and stay at this house. Everything you need for the entire trip is at the 24 hour Wal Mart which is two minutes away. Relaxing by your own private pool with a cool beverage listening to the tranquil nature sounds behind the house is exactly what a parent needs after a long day of park hopping. My kids did not want to leave this house. Cindy, the house's owner, did everything she could to ensure that our stay was an enjoyable one. We do plan on returning here one day, hopefully soon, and will not stay anywhere else.
