April and May prices: Weekly $600 or $100/night- min. 3 night stay June 1st to August 24th prices: Weekly price 775 *weekly stays only August 24th to October 26th weekly rate- $575 or $100/night min. 3 night stay October 26th to end of 2013 weekly rate- $475 or 75/night min. 3 night stay Nov thru February:Monthly rentals $875/month which includes end of month cleaning. Rentals includes departure cleaning, all taxes & linens! $100 Damage deposit required.This is a refundable fee that will be given back after cleaner says condo is left in good shape. A deposit is needed to book Condo.
