Madison Cottage is our new rental for 2013. Recently completed, this Rosemary Beach Home is new, clean, and spacious. We also own the Hideaway Cottage (VRBO#395758) in Rosemary Beach.
The three story floor plan has been designed to accommodate large groups, but is also very comfortable for smaller groups too!
Madison is located at 301 West Water Street, south of 30-A. It is directly across from the Barbados Pool (one of four pools in Rosemary Beach) and just six homes north of the gulf with gulf views from the balconies.
This professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 3000 sq. ft. home sleeps 13 to 15 comfortably in the main house and 5 additional in the carriage house (VRBO# 443157). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The third floor oversized bunk room has two separate bathrooms.
On the first floor, you will enter into a large, bright, and open floor plan. There is a gourmet kitchen with all Viking appliances. There are two kitchen islands, a 6-burner gas stove, an oversize refrigerator, two sinks, a microwave and granite countertops. There are barstools for 4 at the counter. Beyond the kitchen is the large dining room and family room with two comfortable couches, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a built in desk with games, a game table, and a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and ice maker. There is also a powder room bathroom and large, walk-in pantry off the kitchen.
On the second floor, there is one king bedroom with large double-sink bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms with tubs. On this floor you will also find a large washer and dryer in the laundry room, complete with laundry sink, iron and ironing board.
On the third floor there are 7 built-in bunks (2 upper bunks and 5 lower bunks), 1 full-sized futon sleeper and 2 full bathrooms. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The carriage house sleeps 5 and offers an upstairs queen bedroom loft. Downstairs is a complete kitchen, full bathroom with washer and dryer, and living room with queen-size sleep sofa and built-in child's bunk. There is a flat screen TV on each floor. Inquire for carriage house rates.
The outdoor area provides a pleasant area for socializing with family and friends. There is a Viking gas grill for cooking.
301 West Water Street is south of 30-A, a 2 minute walk from Rosemary Beach's finest restaurants. It is directly across from the Barbados Pool (one of four pools in Rosemary Beach) and just six homes north of the gulf with gulf views from the balconies. Our beach access is walkover 'I'.
Take part in the many activities of Rosemary Beach with 2 pools on the beach side and 2 more pools (including an indoor pool) on the north side. Enjoy a stroll on the 2.3mi Fitness and Walking Trails throughout Rosemary Beach. There are 2 outdoor children's play areas. Tennis and fitness center are available for a fee.

The Madison Cottage was PERFECT! We have stayed in many places on 30-A and this one was definitely a favorite of ours. The location was fantastic and the home was truly lovely. The pool was across the street, the beach was a very short walk away and access to all that Rosemary has to offer was right there. Rosemary Beach is our family happy place!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

When I asked my wife where she wanted to spend the week of her birthday, she said, "somewhere warm and a great beach." Having grown up on the west coast, we have been to many warm, great beaches. We had 20 people stay and 13 of them came from the west coast. From the moment we stepped foot into the Madison Cottage and Carriage House, we knew that this was going to be a phenomenal week. The accommodations were 5 star, the community peaceful and welcoming and the beaches were off the charts. The homes held us with the utmost comfort and the amenities, comparable to the finest resorts. We cooked, BBQ'd, and when we wanted to, we walked down the street for amazing meals. This will go down as one of the best family vacations to date, and I would recommend these homes, (Madison Cottage and Carriage House,) with the highest regard. Thank you for an amazing week!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
