  Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your wonderful home. The view from the back deck is one of the best in Bent Tree. Although it was too cold to grill out, we are looking forward to utilizing the deck and grill on our return in warmer weather. The sunsets during our stay were absolutely breathtaking. The house was very comfortable for us as a couple yet has plenty of space to accommodate a large family. This property is close to the lake and stables. The house was clean and well maintained and the photos are accurate. Our favorite restaurants in Jasper are the Woodbridge Inn and 81 Main. In Bent Tree you can spend your whole vacation utilizing the amenities available or you can leave Bent Tree and explore - Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Helen and much more. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

  We had a wonderful time at Bent Tree for a family reunion weekend. I wish we had more time at this house, which was beautiful. It has a lovely view and plenty of room for our family to spread out. The children were thrilled with the play area downstairs. We did find the roads a bit intimidating when driving at night, but seeing so many deer about made up for it. Would love to have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  We had a wonderful stay...beautiful setting...lots of deer, but no bear...maybe that's a good thing. House is very comfortable and suitable for several couples. Some excitement after an anniversary party at the clubhouse...roads icy enough that we had to call Security to ferry us up the mountain 2 people at a time! Very exciting! Would love to visit again!

  This is a very nice place to go and relax. We saw so many deers and turkeys. We only wish that we could had stayed longer. Every year we travel to Gatlinburg. (By far Bent Tree is more beautiful with less traffic).Hope to plan a trip again soon. My husband wants another trip already!Thank you for sharing your home with us. Cindy

3 night minimum; If Holiday is on a Tuesday or Thursday a 4 night minimum).
Weekly Rate ............ $700/week (Except Jan-Mar).
January through March .. $600/week.
* One-Time Cleaning Fee of $75-100 on All Rentals. Rental Fee is Due in Full
14 Days from the Arrival Date, Except Holidays & Weekends, 21 Days.
* $200 Refundable Deposit Due with Rental Confirmation Agreement.
