Master bedroom and bath, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and great room with fireplace and satellite TV with DVD/VCR, couch opens into queen sleeper. There is also a large deck in back with gas grill all located on main level. The second level has two bedrooms (one full-size and two twins) with a full bath. Also, has a cute loft twin bedroom. The lower level has game room with satellite TV and ping-pong table. Washer and dryer are in a separate room. The home is located such that the views off the back deck is breathtaking and very romantic. Located in gated community of Bent Tree. Bent Tree is a fabulous mountain resort community in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just one hour north of Atlanta and convenient to Interstates 75, 85, 575, and 400. This unique community offers: a fabulous 18-hole Championship Golf Course with clubhouse, family pool, indoor/outdoor tennis, a pristine 110 acre lake ideal for fishing, boating, and romance, waterfalls, hiking trails, as well as a full service Equestrian Center. January through March .. $600/week.
* One-Time Cleaning Fee of $75-100 on All Rentals. Rental Fee is Due in Full
14 Days from the Arrival Date, Except Holidays & Weekends, 21 Days.
* $200 Refundable Deposit Due with Rental Confirmation Agreement.
* Deposit Will Be Refunded Within 2 Weeks of Departure.
