  This was a wonderfule location for a weekend getaway. The property was very modern, views were wonderful and amenities were great. Our host was so friendly and really made sure things were taken care of with the right personal touch. I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like a home away from home.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Me and my guests were very impressed with this condo. Everything about it was wonderful and completely met our expectations. We were nervous that the unit would be outdated from the posted photos, but to our surprise the unit looked exactly like the photos posted. The lobby is beautiful with friendly staff, the condo was clean, beautiful views (w/ walkout balcony), fantastic pools and a great location. The condo had an open floor plan which we loved, beautiful bathrooms, large closets to hang our clothes, the glassware and plates were a plus b/c we didn't have to buy paper goods, and we also found the large floor length mirror to be great for a last look before going out :). The owner was also very personable and made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will totally be planning to stay there again for our next "Girls Getaway".

  I rented this unit for the location as well as the amenities. I needed a real home away from home, with laundry, and this unit served well. I loved the view and the bed was so comfortable, I had no trouble sleeping. Everything about the unit was great, and we had every thing we needed except for groceries. We never tried the restaurants, but we did enjoy the pool, and were surprised to find it heated. Nice! The only complaint we have is that we were contacted the day before arrival and told that our unit was damaged and we had to be placed somewhere else several blocks away. So much for the great location. I could not find anything else close enough to where I needed to be with such short notice. We had to rent a car for the first week that we were there. After much complaining, we finally were able to move into THIS unit only to find that there was NO DAMAGE and that we were lied to. Apparently, the unit was double booked by "regulars" and we got bumped. Still not too happy about that.

  Owner response: The reason the guest was move to another unit because of leak form the unit above. The dry wall was replace and the unit was painted this is the reason that the guest didn't see any damages and was placed back in the unit once it was repaired. Our maintenance crew did a great job of replacing and painting the unit thus the reason the guest assumed she was lied to. Keep in mind we will and have not never rented a damage unit to guest no matter how bad they prefer the damage unit.

Reservation Agreement BETWEEN Global Trust Inc hereinafter called HOST AND hereinafter called GUEST HOST hereby allows GUEST to occupy Residence: Shall begin on 2013 at 04:00 PM and end on , 2013 at 11:00 AM* Late checkout is $100 per hour., And for such term the GUEST agrees to pay, as detailed below, to include: all “Utilities” such as electricity, water, internet and cable TV. GUEST agrees to the following: Rate $ Fee $ TOTAL $ TERMS AND CONDITIONS GUEST understands and agrees as follows: The occupancy is for use as a hotel residence only and governed as such; Not at any time is a primary residence. To comply with all Federal, State and Local laws on its own behalf and on the behalf of its guests; No more than four (6) persons will occupy said property; To accept all responsibility for actions of any of its guests while at said room and common areas; It shall not lease or sublease or permit any other persons to occupy the property; No animals, birds, pets of any description shall be kept in or upon the room; It will receive two (2) key and two (2) fob. Replacement fee is two hundred fifty ($250) per item. To accept “as is” condition, and hereby fully releases HOST from any and all liability, of any description, such as claims, demands for damages, or growing out of personal injury or property damage, that arise from such use; To leave property and common areas in the same general, good and habitable condition as it found same; It shall be responsible for all damage and breakage and loss to the room and common areas which may result from guest; There shall be no functions, live entertainment, parties, or gatherings of any kind involving more than the occupancy limit of the room and common areas; Utilities are provided by 3rd party vendors and GUEST releases any and all claims against HOST for interruption in service caused by such Vendor(s). Smoking is not allowed in or around the room and common areas; Common areas may be restricted during special events. Additional amenities may be available through pay per use fees. The property includes towels and bed linens for two (2) beds. Valet only. To allow HOST and its agent, at any time, to inspect the room inside and out, make repairs, show to prospective Guests, or to protect room if it appears that said premises have been abandoned; All personal property of the GUEST brought into the room, shall be at the sole risk of GUEST, To not hire, or bring, any trades people to perform services to or on the room and common areas; To pay for the cost of all repair to the room and common areas. To use the Content(s) solely for the designed purpose and agree to handle such with reasonable care; In the event of cancellation by GUEST, including but not limited to GUESTS’S failure to show for check in, HOST shall retain the monies paid in addition to all other and lawful charges. HOST may also offer the property to prospects free and clear of any claims by GUEST. This agreement may not be recorded in public record. In the event of Force Majeure or any other reason by which the room and common areas become unavailable, HOST may refund GUEST and terminate the reservation. GUEST hereby releases HOST from any and all liability, such as claims, demands for damages, growing out of loss of occupancy of room and common areas that arises from such. In the event GUEST breaches this agreement, GUEST’S rights shall automatically terminate and GUEST shall immediately vacate the property and common areas. Host shall retain all payments made clear and free of all claims by Guest. To the venue of Dade County, State of Florida, USA in the event of any action, legal proceeding or other, commenced by GUEST or HOST. GUEST further agrees to be responsible for all fees and costs incurred by HOST as a result of any action, legal proceeding or other, against GUEST for breach of this agreement. DEPARTURE CLEANING A FINAL, Mandatory Cleaning Service for this room is $ 50.00 US. For occupancy exceeding 7 nights, an additional cleaning is required (every 7 nights or part thereof), at the rate of $75.00 US per cleaning. This provision is superseded in the event the room is unclean more so than reasonably expected, at HOST’S sole discretion, as a result of occupancy.
