This was a wonderfule location for a weekend getaway. The property was very modern, views were wonderful and amenities were great. Our host was so friendly and really made sure things were taken care of with the right personal touch. I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like a home away from home.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Me and my guests were very impressed with this condo. Everything about it was wonderful and completely met our expectations. We were nervous that the unit would be outdated from the posted photos, but to our surprise the unit looked exactly like the photos posted. The lobby is beautiful with friendly staff, the condo was clean, beautiful views (w/ walkout balcony), fantastic pools and a great location. The condo had an open floor plan which we loved, beautiful bathrooms, large closets to hang our clothes, the glassware and plates were a plus b/c we didn't have to buy paper goods, and we also found the large floor length mirror to be great for a last look before going out :). The owner was also very personable and made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will totally be planning to stay there again for our next "Girls Getaway".Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I rented this unit for the location as well as the amenities. I needed a real home away from home, with laundry, and this unit served well. I loved the view and the bed was so comfortable, I had no trouble sleeping. Everything about the unit was great, and we had every thing we needed except for groceries. We never tried the restaurants, but we did enjoy the pool, and were surprised to find it heated. Nice! The only complaint we have is that we were contacted the day before arrival and told that our unit was damaged and we had to be placed somewhere else several blocks away. So much for the great location. I could not find anything else close enough to where I needed to be with such short notice. We had to rent a car for the first week that we were there. After much complaining, we finally were able to move into THIS unit only to find that there was NO DAMAGE and that we were lied to. Apparently, the unit was double booked by "regulars" and we got bumped. Still not too happy about that.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: The reason the guest was move to another unit because of leak form the unit above. The dry wall was replace and the unit was painted this is the reason that the guest didn't see any damages and was placed back in the unit once it was repaired. Our maintenance crew did a great job of replacing and painting the unit thus the reason the guest assumed she was lied to. Keep in mind we will and have not never rented a damage unit to guest no matter how bad they prefer the damage unit.

Reservation Agreement BETWEEN Global Trust Inc hereinafter called HOST AND hereinafter called GUEST HOST hereby allows GUEST to occupy Residence: Shall begin on 2013 at 04:00 PM and end on , 2013 at 11:00 AM* Late checkout is $100 per hour., And for such term the GUEST agrees to pay, as detailed below, to include: all “Utilities” such as electricity, water, internet and cable TV. GUEST agrees to the following: Rate $ Fee $ TOTAL $ TERMS AND CONDITIONS GUEST understands and agrees as follows: The occupancy is for use as a hotel residence only and governed as such; Not at any time is a primary residence. To comply with all Federal, State and Local laws on its own behalf and on the behalf of its guests; No more than four (6) persons will occupy said property; To accept all responsibility for actions of any of its guests while at said room and common areas; It shall not lease or sublease or permit any other persons to occupy the property; No animals, birds, pets of any description shall be kept in or upon the room; It will receive two (2) key and two (2) fob.
