Our newly refurbished Studio is situated on its own property (about 60 acres of land) in the Southeast of Austria, near Hungary and Slovenia, part of the old Habsburg Monarchy, the region in Styria where we have the Thermal spas for relaxing; the Alm-County for hiking and biking; Graz, the European Cultural Metropolis of 2003 and many castles and fortresses offering a glimpse of ancient history and culture; lovely lakes and a hilly countryside with fields, vineyards and apple orchards - in short: You are in the Styrian Tuscany were we know how to live the good life and share it with You.

For the avid golfer, Gut Freiberg (15 km) offers an 18 hole golf course, pro-shop, cart rental, driving range etc. At a radius from 30-50 km You can find at least five more golf clubs, inviting You to tee-off.

Centrally located to reach many sights! 30 minutes to Graz,one-and-a-half hours to Vienna, three hours to Budapest, Venice, Triest and the north-east of Italy (also part of the Habsburg Monarchy until 1918).
