Enjoy your vacation in Melaque at the Casa Leticia, our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome. Located just blocks from the center of Melaque, and only 2 blocks from the beach, the Casa Leticia offers you a comfortable & convenient living space.
A private street entrance leads you upstairs to your welcoming rental. The first level features a spacious & well equipped kitchen, with modern stove, refrigerator, small appliances & everything you need for cooking. There is ample counter space and a center island with stools for casual meals. A clothes washer & dryer are provided for your convenience. The dining nook opens onto a large airy master suite which features a queen size bed and sitting area with cable TV. This is a lovely sun-filled room with large windows on 3 sides. Off the dining nook is a small bathroom with shower, which completes the main floor living space.
Another set of stairs leads you to the upper floor which offers a panoramic view of Melaque and the surrounding hills. To the south you can glimpse the bay. The enclosed sun room has an equipal table & chairs which are ideal for entertaining or playing games. There is also a day bed for afternoon naps or an overnight guest. From the sun room you reach the second bedroom with large bathroom. This bedroom even has a small balcony overlooking the street. The other end of the sun room accesses the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon breezes in your own private garden.
The lower level of this townhome houses a small private language school which provides evening classes to local residents. Lety, the calico cat, lives at the school.
