About: We just purchased this wonderful condo because we loved the look, the location and all that the Sarasota area has to offer. We wanted to walk out the door to the beach, pool or fitness center. The beautiful grounds and friendly helpful staff made this popular community perfect for all of us. The myriad of activities for adults as well as families made this an easy choice. Young or old, there is so much to do and a perfect place to take advantage of the amazing area.
Why Beachplace:
Florida sunshine always beckons when the cold weather sets in the north! Just a few short hours away, we wanted a year around playground with lots of choices of things to do. The west coast of Florida is breathtaking and a place we've always enjoyed. Sarasota is one of the prettiest spots in the US and the location between the Bay and Gulf of Mexico offers the visitor spectacular views, along with Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg under an hour away.
If it's cultural offerings you enjoy, the choices are fantastic at many easy to get to venues. The Ringling Musuem, Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, the Ballet, Opera and Symphony are great along with art centers, colonies and galleries galore.
If its the outdoors you enjoy, the area is blessed with bays, lagoons, and waterways for boating, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking or just watching the fabulous wildlife. The Mote Aquarium is down the block!
If it's dining or shopping, this is the place for you. From world class shops at the well known St. Armand's to Main Street, you can find anything your heart desires.
