  Very quiet and cozy. Clean and tidy as well! Some might mind the lack of a HD tv, but didn't bother me. Will stay again!

  My husband and young daughter and I spent 5 nights in this wonderful townhouse. It was very near the Summit, Brookwood and so many other things. Great location. The townhouse was very comfortable and had all that we needed. The beds were great. It was a relaxing, spacious place to stay that was so much nicer than a hotel. We loved the back "porch" area with a grill and outside table. I highly recommend this place. The owner is very nice and very helpful. We will definitely stay there again. Anne Brown

  My sisters and daughters and I wanted a clean, safe location for a girls weekend of shopping, dining and together time and this condo was the perfect choice. We were coming from all over the South, so a central location was a must. The condo has all the amenities we needed, such as a fully equipped kitchen and gathering space, plenty of sleeping space and very convenient location. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. There are several shopping venues within 5 miles and even more within a 25 mile radius, as well as many nice restaurants. Thanks to the owner. He was most courteous and helpful. We had a BLAST and the condo was one of the primary reasons.

  We needed a place to stay in Birmimgham for three months last fall, and we were delighted to find this lovely townhouse. The location was great...quiet and private, yet so convenient to shopping and dining. It was clean and well-maintained as well as being nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the breakfast nook. The bedrooms were very nice and each had a private bathroom. The owners were pleasant and easy to work with and accommodated us in any way they could. It was the perfect "home away from home" for us last fall and we would definitely stay here again!

  Our family and some extended family stayed at this lovely townhome for our son's wedding and reception in December. The decision to stay here rather than in a hotel couldn't have been better. The kitchen, dining room and living room was roomy for all of us to be together, but with private bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt so much more like we were in a homey place than we would have in hotel rooms. Everything was just as described on the website. Everything we needed was there, and the owner was pleasant and very easy to work with. Acces to highways was great from this location, and a variety of shopping and restaurants were close by. We would stay here again if we were going to be in Birmingham again!

  What a great place to stay. We were here for the Ole Miss Compass bowl. It was very clean and a nice location. If we are every back in town we will be sure to stay here. So much better than a hotel room and the rates were even better. The owner was very easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Hotty Toddy!!

  I stayed in this lovely townhome for a little more than a month this summer to help my daughter's family when their youngest child was born. Their little apartment was not large enough for Grandma, and renting a house is less expensive and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. So I got to enjoy some much-needed quiet at the end of the day, and I think they liked having some time alone, too. My husband, younger children, and even some of my in-laws were able to comfortably stay with me when they came to see the baby. This home was wonderful. Both of the bedrooms have featherbeds. What a treat! The private bathrooms were so convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with good cookware and bakeware. The living room was very comfortable with great lighting for reading. The back patio was used morning and evening; lightening bugs entranced us at dusk. Not only was everything as neat and clean as one could hope for, it was charming. The decor was elegant and inviting. Nothing was overstated, and nothing was missing. I loved its location for easy access to the interstate, and close to restaurants, movies, and shopping. I highly recommend this wonderful townhome to anyone visiting the Birmingham area.
