Seascape Resort is located in the prestigious "Beaches of South Walton" on Destin's eastern edge and provides visitors with a relaxing escape and yet comfortable atomsphere. Seascape Resort has over 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach, 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site golf, tennis multiple swimming pools, bike rentals and water sports.
Our villa sits on a beautiful secluded and tranquil wooded area in the gated golf community of Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort. Only a short stroll to the wonderful powder-white sand beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our villa is located on the ground floor, has a covered porch with swing, overlooking the 17th fairway and the lake. The villa was remodeled in September of 2007.
Master bedroom has a private bath with walk in shower, king-size bed, TV and lots of closet space. The second bedroom has twin beds, TV and uses the hall bath. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo and a queen size plush sofa sleeper.
Our kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and full size appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to make your short or long term stay with us comfortable. We have a washer and dryer inside the unit which means..."No more dirty clothes to do when you get home!" The dining area will seat six people. We have an outside storage closet, already filled with beach chairs and toys...for you to use!
One of the five pools is directly across the street from our villa with golf and tennis courts only a few steps away. Seascape golf features an 18-hole championship Joe Lee designed golf course with numerous water features. Full service facilitie with a restaurant, pratice range, rental clubs, professional lessons and a pro shop.
Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted tennis courts, on-site tennis lessons and pro shop.
Shopping is second to none and Seascape is located centrally between Destin Commons, Siver Sands Factory Stores and Grand Boulevard. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than a half mile east of the resort and provides the largest designer outlet mall in the country.

I have just spent a week in Destin at Tammy & Rick LaMarch's condo in Seascape. The condo is in a great location the pool is across the road from the condo and the Beautiful Gulf is within walking distance. The condo is very well equipped with all the conveniences you would need. If you can't find it all you need to do is call Tammy or Rick and they will be happy to assist you. We found this to be a very comfortable condo.

WOW! Where to start. We loved this place and hope to return again next year, if there is any availability. Place was CLEAN and nicely decorated. The Big screen TV sold the place to my husband. We felt very welcome! I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know.

We have stayed at different Seascape units for the past few years, but have located the one we will continue to visit for years to come! This is, by far, the nicest unit with the nicest owners in Destin, FL! It is beautifully and comfortably decorated with everything you could possibly need, other than your clothes! We actually met one of the owners when we arrived, which really made us feel comfortable, knowing they were local and very approachable. Thanks so much for a fabulous vacation!

Tammy, We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week in your condo. We all wish we could stay for another week!! We've enjoyed the beach, the pool, the Seascape golf course, and Big Kahunas. We've also enjoyed dinners at Pompano Joes and The Back Porch. Are there any other Seafood restaurants that you would highly recommend? Are there any good All U Can Eat seafood restaurants for Shrimp or Crab Legs that you would recommend? Thanks for a great condo that allowed us to have a great vacation in Destin. My group and I had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for a VERY comfortable stay. You only need to bring your clothes. Tammy and Rick went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. . . and we DID!! Hope to come back soon!!

Our stay was a wonderful experience!!! The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Everyone in our group enjoyed the many amenities the condo offered. Tammy and Rick were very helpful when we needed suggestions on where to eat, shop and special things to see in Destin. We are going to spend time this summer in this condo and will for many years to come. I give this a rating of A++++++++!!!!!!

I love this condo so much that if I tell everyone how great it is, there won't be any openings! It truly is a peaceful place ideally located on the golf course, near the beach with easy access to everything in Destin. It is the perfect vacation spot that I have enjoyed for the past 3 years. The owners are also some of the most wonderful people one could ever know! I love it there and everyone else that I meet at the pools, golf course, and tennis courts at Seascape love it too - we all feel like we found a jewel!
