Location: Casa Juanita is perched at the top of Gringo Hill overlooking the village and coastline of Sayulita. Conveniently located close to the town plaza, Casa Juanita has mesmerizing ocean and mountain views while being only 10 minutes from Sayulita's main beach and popular eateries. You are close to everything, yet completely secluded. This is a perfect property for 2 couples wanting to be together yet each have their own private apartment for convenience and privacy.
Accomodations: Sayulita's Casa Juanita consists of 3 floors and 2 rentals — all private apartments, each on their own floor, separated by individual gated entries and curved privacy walls. (1st Floor is occupied.) You may choose between a charming 3rd Floor open architecture style 1-bedroom suite with covered porch, rooftop terrace, fireplace; or the 2nd Floor suite with large covered outdoor terrace. A large grassy yard opens to a small dipping pool with waterfall, available to all guests. There are 2 outdoor showers for rinsing off.
Amenities: Both open architecture 1-bedroom suites are self-contained with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, high-quality linens (400-thread count cotton), maid service, gardener, bottled water. All floors are newly renovated or constructed and each is completely furnished with a queen bed, bathroom, full kitchen, bar and counter. The 2nd Floor the living room has a built-in daybed/sofa for a possible small third person. On the 3rd Floor there is a queen bed, fold-out twin futon for the floor, and an outdoor twin-size built-in sofa. There is a twin size sofa bed on the private roof terrace but it is usually too cold to sleep up there. The 3rd Floor also has an adobe fireplace, in case you visit when it's chilly at night in January. All levels are non-smoking.
Views: Both Floors have filtered ocean views right off their front deck or porch, while the roof and back windows also offer stunning jungle mountain views. Beautiful gardens and potted plants throughout provide privacy. The front yard also has a patio and sunning area near pool/waterfall.
