  This was my 20th visit to St Maarten and Jill (Owner of condo) had provided me with the best service I’ve ever received in the Caribbean’s. Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted at the front gate w two security guards that are there at ALL times. The condo was exactly as described in the description. However the photos of the ocean from the condo do not justify the real beauty of the ocean and is not nearly as ecstatic as seeing it with your own eyes. A phenomenal view! If you are someone that takes home décor into consideration – this is definitely the place for you. The kitchen, living room and both bedrooms were spotless! The condo has many large pools that range from about 3 to 10 feet. Atlantis Casino is across the street. To get down to the beach, there is a spiral staircase from the condo that leads you to an exclusive private beach (Cupecoy beach) where you can relax. The apartment also provides you with many amenities including a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take with you to any beach and not have to rent them. Just up the road is another beautiful beach called Baie Rouge beach which is a must visit. Probably the best beach in St Maartin. The condo is a 20 minute drive from Marigot and 10 minutes from Maho Bay where there are tons of restaurants and night life activities. We actually caught a ferry to Anguilla from Marigot which was real convenient. As far as parking goes, there is plenty of parking available in the condo and is very close to Jill’s Unit. The most important and memorable part of our vacation was getting engaged to my beautiful Fiancé under the sunset at Cupecoy beach on a private boat cruise. Our security deposit was returned in less than 24 hrs of my departure. To be honest I would pay more than the asking rent price to come back here again. See you next year Jill!

  I stayed at The Rainbow Beach Club in Cupecoy….. with two girlfriends. Upon arrival I don’t know what was more stunning, the condo or the views. The condo was oceanfront and over looked one of three pools. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that we could possibly ask for. The unit is located in a secure gated complex; we felt very safe and the staff was very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and others are just a short drive away. We loved the fishbowl margaritas and food at Jimbo's in Simpson Bay. We walked to breakfast at The Ocean Club...what a deal! Karaoke at Topper’s was a blast. It was very convenient to walk down the spiral steps to get to the semi-private beach at Rainbow. Loved the cave! Also walked to Mullet Bay Beach, absolutely gorgeous! We used the chairs, umbrellas & beach towels provided by the owner. I will definitely recommend this unit to friends and family, and will be returning soon!   We have stayed at many places on the island and have to say this has been our favorite!! From the beautiful accomodations to the magnificent view, it cannot be beat. It is also in the perfect location and convenient to everything we enjoy on the island. We appreciated the security at the front gate and met some wonderful people around the building. The owners were extremely helpful and we loved all the extras - salt & pepper, movie library, beach chairs, suntan lotion, washer & dryer. Everything you could need to make your stay just perfect!!

  This was my 3rd trip to St. Maarten, and I've always stayed at Rainbow Beach Club. There's no need to stay anywhere else. The property is gorgeous with amazing views, two pools and a private beach. It's a short walk to restaurants and casinos. There's a fantastic $8 breakfast just up the street. But you don't have to eat out if you don't want to because the apartment is has a fully stocked kitchen. The place is gorgeous, and the photos don't do it justice. There's a large beach just next door called Mullet Bay, and the owners of the unit have all beach supplies you might need in their storage unit for your use. There's an amazing rib shack at Mullet bay, where we often eat lunch. We took some trips around the island, but honestly, we were happiest just hanging out at Rainbow Beach Club. The weather on the east coast has been rough this year, so it was a huge treat just to experience 79 degrees and sunshine for a week. Everyone in the building is super friendly especially the owners of the unit. Any questions we had were immediately answered, and they helped to point us in the direction of great restaurants and places to visit. The unit is child friendly. I brought my 4 y/o for the week. Also there's a great gym, and you can get a pass for the week. Don't hesitate to book this rental.

  What a fabulous property! The photos were beautiful but the space was even larger than it looked. The view was amazing, and just a few steps to the beautiful pool, then down the spiral staircase to the beach! How I wish I was still there! We used the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and the cooler and stayed on the beach all day! We walked to Fat Tony's Pizza and drove to Sarafina's in Marigot for the best Croissants! Security at the gate was helpful and showed us where to park. Thank you for opening your condo to us. The only thing I would add to your helpful instructions is that the stairs to the pool are at the ends of the building. The elevator does not take you to the pool. Thanks again Jill!

  This unit is fabulous and the owners are outstanding! We did not expect to have all of the ammenities provided ie: papertowels, soap, etc. but we were supplied with an abundant of everything. We were impressed with the scenery, the cleanliness and above all, the security. We would highly recommend this condo and we anticipate using it again if it is available during our timeframe.

  We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo with its amazing view. It was exactly as pictured and the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The condo was spotless and the beach chairs and umbrellas made it possible for us to go to any beach we wanted without having to be restricted to those that offered shade. I had arranged for groceries to be delivered prior to our arrival and she very kindly let them in so that everything was ready and waiting. Her suggestions on beaches, restaurants and things to do was extremely helpful as much had changed since we were last there. The location was wonderful - far enough from the airport and close enough to a supermarket and restaurants. A car was a necessity just to be able to explore the entire island. I would definitely stay there again.

  This was our first trip to St. Maarten, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is terrific, right by Mullet Bay Beach, casinos, great restaurants and grocery store. The views from the balcony are spectacular. Only a few minutes from the French-side border. Very convenient to the airport and Simpson Bay. The condo was very well equipped with all the little details that make you feel at home. The place is immaculate! The owners Jill and Michael live in the building and were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. It was comforting to know that they were available for any questions, and could not have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and are looking forward to the next one! Would highly recommend.

  This place is incredible. We have just gotten home a few days ago and wish we were back. Everything about this condo is perfect, from the views, the furniture, the cleanlinesss, and the location to all of the attractions that St. Maarten has to offer. We have stayed in this unit last year, and it is where I purposed to my fiance, in front of the breathtaking views of the ocean right on the landing outside the condo. It was perfect. We feel right at home because this condo has everything we need to live for our stay. The kitchen supplies come in handy for when you just want to stay in and cook a nice dinner and eat on the balcony. The bedrooms are spacious and with comfortable large beds and its great to have two bathrooms. What we appreciate about Rainbow Beach Club is that it is really easy to get to from the airport. It is gated with security to ensure our safety at their resort. The grounds on the property are kept very well, not to mention the two pools that are practically located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. If you want to enjoy everything that St. Maarten has to offer, than this place will do it! We highly recommend.

  This is a gorgeous property overlooking the ocean. The owners are accommodating and friendly, and the unit has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation.
