Master bedroom and living room lead to large screened lanai that overlooks lake. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and private bathroom with two walk-in closets and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The bedrooms are carpeted and the remainder of house is ceramic tiled. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed. No Smoking and no pets. Hi, My name is Joy. We bought this condo while it was still under construction in 2004. It is immaculate. We take very good care of this condo and my husband goes down once a year to decorate and make sure the unit is in great shape for renters. we have had many repeat renters over the years and hope you can be one too.
