The spacious living room also has a pull-out couch.
The unit is completely furnished with stainless steel appliances , washer and dryer, screened in lanai with a beautiful view overlooking the golf course and a lake. The designated parking is covered and close to the elevator. The unit is also directly across from one of the many community pools.
Heritage Bay Information:
Heritage Bay is an upscale-gated community with a championship 27 hole Golf Course designed by Gordon Lewis and Paul Azinger. The course is spectacularly designed with acres of natural preserves, blue lakes.
The Heritage Bay community also has an on-sight Aqua Driving Range, Fitness Center, 7 Lighted Tennis Courts with stadium seating for tournaments, 7 pools (which includes a Resort Style Main Pool and Hot tub at the Club House) 2 restaurants, and a Tiki Bar at the Main Pool. The Club House is a 37,780 square foot facility and houses full service Men's and Ladies Locker rooms as well as a billiard room with 3 pool tables, Pro Shop, fine dining, card room, saunas, spa with massage and manicure/pedicure facilities and a bar and grill overlooking the 23rd and 27th holes.

We recently rented this unit for a family get away. The condo itself, along with the grounds at Heritage Bay, were immaculate. The unit was spotless and decorated very nice. One of the many smaller pools is just outside the door or you can head down to the main clubhouse pool and spa. Beautiful view of the sunrise when drinking your morning coffee. Owners were great to work with, very quick responses and helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, age 55+.
