This brand new house in located on scenic Calle Hermosa and is one mile away from the incredible surf breaks of Playa Hermosa, Backyard Bar, and is also a 10 minute drive from Jaco which has excellent food, famous nightlife, and fantastic shopping. It has a private pool, plenty of space to host large groups, parties, etc., security guard on site 24 hours a day, and complimentary cleaning and laundry service. The house contains one king bed, one queen bed, three single beds, a double day bed, two single day beds, and air mattresses upon request if you want to have a large group. We have plenty of bedding and towels that can be changed out at your request and there is a maid on site that will assist with any cleaning that is needed. Right now we have a small car that can provide transportation to surf at the beach if you have a small group or we can make multiple trips if you have a large group. We also have complimentary photo services if you would like surf photos. Transportation can also be supplied for trips to the grocery store. We are hoping to purchase a van in the next few months. Calle Hermosa is a very quiet and peaceful location for the Playa Hermosa/Jaco area and provides a beautiful area for walking, running, cycling, etc. Please email me us if you have any further questions about the area, services, or anything else.

About the owner: My name is Judson Akin and I am from Atlanta, Georgia. I have lived in Playa Hermosa for the past three and a half years and love it here. I spend my time working on houses, surfing, mountain biking, and studying Spanish. I studied photography at Georgia State University for many years before moving to Costa Rica and hope to start a business making surf photos here in the near future. I live three hundred yards from the rental house and work on making it perfect daily. I can answer any question about tourism or living in Costa Rica.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Hermosa:
This property is an excellent value and the house has more space than you will find in most houses here in Costa Rica. It is located close to all of the great attractions of the area but not too close so you will not have to experience high levels of noise or large crowds.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The property is on a large lot with a mango grove above it so you will have a plenty of space around you and be able to completely relax. This property used to be a yoga retreat and the past owner did a good job of organizing the property. The hotels and houses down on Playa Hermosa and in Jaco are all jammed next to one another and people are partying all night and it is noisy.
