Our carriage house is larger than most you will see in Rosemary and feels more like a two bedroom. Main floor includes small living room with sofa and chair, kitchen has full size range, an under counter gourmet frig with ice-maker, dining area is for 4 people, full bathroom and private 2-person bunk room. You can have privacy and watch tv while the kids go to sleep or watch their own tv. Enjoy 2 balconies. Lovely full size stairs (not library ladders) lead to the master loft with its king size bed and sitting area. Very bright carriage with lots of windows and natural light.
Conveniently located one block from summer kitchen and solace spa. Enjoy a close walk to indoor sky pool/fitness center and cabana pool.
Carobella carriage house is comfortable and convenient to the beach, 4 pools, tennis, restaurants, and all things Rosemary beach has to offer.
One week rentals only during high season. 3 day minimum all other times.
Need more space? Can rent in conjunction with carobella cottage (vrbo 436328) for groups up to 12 people.
Available for parties of 4 or less.
