Find yourself at home in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by hardwood trees and only 2 miles from the Auburn University campus in the Hickory Woods subdivision. This 3-story 3 bedroom/2 bath home has two raised decks that give the feeling of being in your own grown-up tree house!
The master bedroom with king bed, hardwood floors and French doors that open onto a nice raised deck are located on the first floor. A second bedroom with convertible bed and room for an extra inflatable queen mattress are also located on the first floor. On the second floor, the living room is spacious and cozy and adjoins a fully equipped kitchen for all of your culinary needs. The living room and kitchen open onto a 15-foot high deck that is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or relaxing after a long day around town. The third floor is a large loft bedroom with beautiful 4-poster queen size bed and a full bath. The house has plenty of closet space.
The owner is looking for a family, visiting professor, business person, etc., who needs a furnished home for 6-12 months stay. Pets negotiable.

This is a fabulous home for gameday or any other Auburn visit. Owner is very easy to work with and has thought of every possible amenity you will need for your stay. Loved the multiple decks, enjoyed coffee every morning looking at the beautiful view. The house and neighborhood are very unique, the home has tons of charm. The lovely welcome basket was a wonderful touch. Great stay, would definitely recommend!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We both work at Auburn University and love the campus and the town of Auburn. It's hard to beat life in a college town. Now that we have a second home in Auburn, we wanted others to have the chance to enjoy this wonderfully unique home. We fell in love with it the day we walked in, and we hope you'll feel the same way!
Why the Owner Chose Auburn:
Hickory Woods is a safe, clean neighborhood with lots of trees and friendly neighbors. The location is close to grocery stores, the Mall, and only 2 miles from the AU campus. Its the perfect location for getting away from the hub-bub in the middle of town, but still be close to everything.
