The master suite has Tommy Bahama furniture, a queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress, walk-in closet, full-tiled master bath with double Brieflysink and shower. The guest room has twin beds and a full bathroom as well. The living room has an entertainment center with television, DVD, VCR, and Bose CD player. A desk and convertible sofa are located in the den. High speed internet access is available. The kitchen has upgraded appliances, Corian counter-tops, and cherry cabinets. There is a separate dining area and screened lanai.
This coach home has a washer and dryer in its own enclosed area, its own garage, and is located in a lovely court. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped and all fine quality linens, towels and beach towels are provided. The bedrooms are carpeted while the other areas are tiled. There are two bikes in the garage along with beach chairs, umbrella and grill. Walk in and get ready to enjoy the Florida sunshine at the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club.
Pelican Sound residents are entitled to enjoy Pelican Sound's magnificent facilities. For the golf enthusiast, the golf course offers 27 holes of challenging championship golf, co-designed by Senior PGA Tour player Mike Hill and golf course architect Chip Powell. You can improve your game at our aqua driving range or take lessons.
For the beach enthusiast, Pelican Sound is located on the beautiful Estero River with access to the gulf via our water taxi. Take this private boat shuttle to the sugar sand gulf beach and enjoy the sun and water. For the tennis player, we have six lighted and fenced "Har Tru" tennis courts.
For everyone, the elegant Mediterranean-style Golf Club is 18,000 square feet and contains a full range of amenities including casual and formal dining, a grill room and bar, and golf pro shop. The clubhouse environment is friendly with social events scheduled throughout the year. The River Club features a casual eatery, fitness center, spa, pool, sundeck, nature trails, and a private boat launch. Canoes and kayaks are also available.
