Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: I purchased this villa four years ago and have been renovating it each year. You can tell by the pictures that this is not your 'run of the mill' property! The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the glassware, china, etc. found in a home lived in year round. Skylights and three exposures make this villa bright, even on a cloudy day.
Why the Owner Chose Wiggins Bay Villas:
The location is the greatest. Either take the boat shuttle from the club to the beach or a short drive will get you to Delnor Wiggins or Barefoot Beach. Mercado, referred to as 'the Fifth Avenue' of North Naples has everything: restaurants, bars, shops, movie theatres, etc.
