Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment has a very cozy, sweet feeling - lots of plants, toys, books and good energy. Facing East and South, we get lots of sunlight all day long, all year round, so the place is warm and comfy throughout the winter. Central air means the apartment is easily cooled in warm weather. We are on the 26th floor with excellent new windows, so the apartment is very quiet, and it’s easy to sleep at night.
The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and vintage deco bedroom set and a sweeping city view facing East over Tribeca. The color scheme of creams, light woods and blues creates a tranquil environment. The second bedroom has bunkbeds and is perfect for kids – plenty of dolls, strollers, building toys, and an activity table with arts and crafts supplies. We have a 4-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy – what’s theirs is yours while you stay with us! Linens are provided for all beds.
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area and is fully equipped with modern appliances and all necessary items to cook, including dishwasher and microwave as well as sandwich press, coffee maker, waffle iron, mixer, plates, utensils, pots, pans and spices, as well as landline telephone.

dining table and chairs.??In the living room there are a telephone, a large flat screen television set with Verizon cable service that includes every conceivable channe. There is also DVD player. Wi-Fi internet access is included.
The master bathroom is equipped with modern bathtub with shower, sink and toilet. The guest bath has sink and toilet. Towels are provided.
The building is Tribeca Park, a super luxury high-rise building in downtown Manhattan on Chambers Street and River Terrace. There is a 24-hour doorman and concierge service, elevator, laundry rooms with washer/dryer on each floor and parking place at extra charge. Other building amenities include roof deck terrace with panoramic views, dining tables, sun loungers, courtyard garden, ATM, dry cleaner, party room, kids playroom and gym with pool.
The neighborhood is also lovely, located right on the river, with immediate access to the East River and Hudson River cycle and walking paths. You are welcome to use our bikes – 2 adult and 2 kids – as well as our scooter during your stay. We are surrounded by parks with playgrounds, swings, basketball courts and tons of other children’s activities. Steps from the World Financial Center shops, movie theaters and restaurants overlooking the harbor. Steps in the other direction take you to Tribeca for more shops, restaurants and parks along cobblestone streets filled with history. A short walk south finds you in the financial district where you can explore Wall Street, the Smithsonian Museum of Native American Art, and the Freedom Tower / Ground Zero site. Or catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island or Staten Island. Subway stops to multiple lines within easy walk as well.

About the owner: We've lived here for 5 years. It's a lovely community for raising children. This is a picture of my 4-year-old daughter enjoying the indoor pool in our building.
Why the Owner Chose Battery Park City:
I grew up nearby in Scarsdale and went to Dartmouth - after which I never wanted live without nature and greenery around me. Battery Park was the perfect solution for staying in the city while being close to nature.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
I love the views from our apartment - they remind me of Georgia O'Keefe's cityscapes. I also love living amongst all the artwork we make - I am an artist and my children seem to be prolific artists as well!
