"Sand Castle Too" Almost new, luxury beach house, just 150 feet from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and second property from the water with Heated pool and Gulf view from the sun deck. Custom-built with all the extras. Gulf Coast Garden Club winning yard.
House has 18 foot and ten foot ceilings, complete kitchen including side-by-side refrigerator, and utility room with washer and dryer. Master bath has both an over-size sunken shower and a two person jacuzzi tub with skylite. A spiral staircase leads to a loft overlooking the living room. The decor is upscale throughout. This house has a beautiful heated swimming pool,sundeck with Gulf view from deck and shaded patio. There is also an outside shower to wash off after a day at the beach.
Master has king bed,two bedrooms have queens, loft has two sets of bunks and living room has sofa sleeper.
This is a very comfortable home for the large family or split the cost with two small families. After staying here once you will want to come back year after year! Full refund for hurricane evacuations.
