"Sand Castle Too" Almost new, luxury beach house, just 150 feet from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and second property from the water with pool and Gulf view from the sun deck. Custom-built with all the extras. Gulf Coast Garden Club winning yard.
House has 18 foot and ten foot ceilings, complete kitchen including side-by-side refrigerator, and utility room with washer and dryer. Master bath has both an over-size sunken shower and a two person jacuzzi tub with skylite. A spiral staircase leads to a loft overlooking the living room. The decor is upscale throughout. This house has a beautiful heated swimming pool,sundeck with Gulf view from deck and shaded patio. There is also an outside shower to wash off after a day at the beach.
Living room has 50 inch wall mounted flat screen.
Master has king bed,two bedrooms have queens, loft has two sets of bunks and living room has sofa sleeper.
This is a very comfortable home for the large family or split the cost with two small families. After staying here once you will want to come back year after year! Full refund for hurricane evacuations.

We had a great time on vacation here. The house was roomy and it was really nice having a pool. The kids played in the pool more than the ocean. The house was located across the street from the beach which made it great. It was very affordable and a good location! Keith and Tony are wonderful people to work with. Tony is the maintence manager, when the pool light went out, he was fast to fix it. Everything was clean. I would recommend this house and would stay again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
