                Glencove Condominiums are located in Pelican Bay near the Naples _PHILHARMONIC and WATERSIDE SHOPS. The 98 condominiums are located in two story buildings. Our condo is on the first floor which means NO stairs, No elevators, No long walks to the condo, No shared entry with others, 1600 square feet under air. A tile floor was installed in the living areas and baths for ease of care. All new furniture was added last year for the benefit of our guests who come back each year. YOU COME TO NAPLES FOR THE BEACHES AND THE SUNNY WEATHER!!!! Pelican Bay has over three miles of beaches and they continue North and South to other properties and beaches. Two restaurants at North Beach and South Beach provide food and beverages along with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Fitness classes are held at the fitness center with a great staff. It is located in the community center. Tennis Courts are on site at the Commons and also with a pro-shop at the Community Center. Trams (electric) will take you from the Commons area and North Beach Parking to the white sandy Beaches. The Naples Philharmonic is a 5 minute walk and offers both Classical, Country, and Pop performances during the season. The amenities of Pelican Bay are the reason to stay at Glencove and our condo. Each resident or tenant is provided a foundation card which allows you to use all of the facilities in Pelican Bay. It is your pass to 3 miles of beach, 4 restaurants, tennis courts, fitness facility, meeting and computer rooms in the club house, and exercise classes in the fitness center and on the beach. Beach activities include kayaking, canoeing, swimming, snorkeling, walking the beach, sailing (by membership and testing of skills), and relaxing on the beach. Waterside Shops is a wonderful shopping area with Nordstroms, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many more specialty shops.               I chose to be in Pelican Bay because of the proximity to the beach, the beach amenities, the beach restaurants, the tennis facilities, and easy access to the Waterside Shops. While not a shopper, I have many friends who love to shop and they love the night life of Bravo, California Pizza, and the other restaurants at 'Waterside'. It has only gotten better since my purchase and my family has enjoyed the beach and the sun.

              The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
              Private 3 mile beach and 4 restaurants on the beach. Pelican Bay allows owners and guests to utilize the beach and amenities based upon the ownership by the Pelican Bay Foundation of the beach and mangrove area. It is the reason to stay in Pelican Bay.
