We rented this beautiful home to celebrate our fathers 80th birthday. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone, the bedrooms are large and tastefully decorated. From two of the bedrooms you could lay in bed and see the ocean, that is pretty cool for people from land locked Kentucky. We took full advantage of the large kitchen as well as the grill. we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the hot tube or eating at the outside table or on comfy lounge chairs while enjoying the view of the ocean. Just beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the pool and went out exploring in the kayaks every day. The plants in the house and out in the garden added to the comfort and beauty of the whole experience. I will have to say we really felt at home while we were there. Lots of great restaurants and stores near by. Alva and Fred were fantastic they keep in touch with us the whole time, they are a pleasure to work with. Just good people. It sounds like they have lots of plans to keep improving the property, I am looking forward to checking out there progress on our next visit.
