Powder white sands will take away all of your worries as you stoll from your condo or the pool deck right down onto the beach. All bedrooms have spectacular Gulf and Beach views. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed. There is a Queen size bed in the second bedroom which has an attached bath. There is a a Queen size Murphy Bed in the third bedroom and a Queen size inflatable mattress as well as a large sectional couch in the Great Room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Mandalay Beach Club - San Marco 1202 is a beautiful condo on the west corner so the views are absolutely breathtaking. The condo is well equipped with all the extras and then some. The condo could be better maintained and although the furniture is pretty; its not very comfortable after a while, but we would still recommend staying there. The pool area and observation deck to the beach is fantastic, the building and grounds are very well maintained; security is excellent; location outstanding, Our goal was complete R&R and great food; we got it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: I asked Daniel about the maintenance comment and he noted that some of the leather dining room chairs showed signs of wear. In addition, he said that the cleaner had not dusted some surfaces prior to their arrival and I have already addressed this with my cleaner. As for the furniture, I have not heard this about the couch he was referring to previously and of course what is comfortable for one person may not be for all. Any feedback I have received on the beds has been extremely positive. I am certainly glad they had a relaxing time and enjoyed their stay!

We had a great time in Clearwater durng the month of Jan. The condo was great, it had all of amenieties of home including a wifi and dvr. The condo is centrally located and you can walk to everything. We really enjoyed the bike trails located all over the local area. Our two older kids came to visit and loved all of the differenct activities. It was a great way to start the new yearRecommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I had a wonderful stay in this condo last March and April. The condo is beautiful! And the views even more beautiful! It is on the front of the building so the views are directly on the Gulf and it gives you more privacy than ones facing other directions. Great place for morning coffee, lunch and dinner with guests. The condo is very spacious with great space for entertaining. It has a top of the line kitchen stocked with everything you need. And I loved having a view out the balcony door even from the kitchen. The master bedroom is very roomy and the master bath is georgeous. It also has a nice big walk-in closet. The amenities at Mandalay Beach Condos are everything you need. A nice pool on the 3rd floor gives you great Gulf views while you relax in the sun. They also have a nice large shaded area for those of us who can't have too much sun or for nap time for little ones. And just off the pool is a very comfortably decorated clubhouse with a full kitchen which is great for keeping any snacks you may want to bring down to the pool and keep cool in the fridge. Also plenty of ice to refill drinks. Everything is kept immaculately clean at the pool and throughout the entire building. And another great perk is that a parking spot is provided with the condo as well as guest parking available with a pass. Jason, the owner is a very helpful and easily reached by phone. He is very welcoming and seems happy to be sharing his beautiful space with you. I was very comfortable in all my dealings with him. I would definitely recommend any of my family or friends to rent his condo, not only because of the space itself but also because he is a nice owner to work with. He responds immediately to e-mails and phone calls. And he lives a few towns up from Clearwater so he is very familiar with the area and helpful with providing any tourist information you may need. All in all, it's a great place to visit! Owner response: Thanks Sue! When she says that this condo is on the 'front' of the building this means that it is directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Very few of the rental units on VRBO have this exposure and floor plan, which includes 2000 square feet and three bedrooms. The 'other' three bedroom units are on the back of the building, furthest from the beach and Gulf. All the units in this building are nice, but you can't beat the view from the front of the building! And Sue is right that my family and I really want our guests to have a spectacular time while staying here!
