Come enjoy all that is SaddleBrooke! We are a few blocks to the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, tennis courts and crafts center. SaddleBrook boasts 81 holes of golf on 3 courses, 15 tennis courts, 4 pools, 4 spas, 3 clubhouses, 5 restaurants, 3 fitness centers, arts and crafts center and pickle ball. Our home has a great backyard with mature plants and a waterfall. Master bedroom is large with 32' flat screen TV. Master bath has walk in shower, double sinks and walk in closet. Sliding door leads to porch and back yard. Second bedroom has queen bed with direct door to a full bath with shower/tub. Kitchen, breakfast den area is open and has a 40' flat screen. Kitchen has a gas stove, micro, double fridge and eating counter. Off the den is a dining/living room area. Kitchen utensils, bedding and towels are provided, just bring your clothes. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer. The garage is oversized to accommodate cars and golf cart. House is equipped with high speed internet with WIFI and dish network TV. Dog welcome with approval and deposit.

About the owner: We are Mark and Cindy.We currently are spending most of our time in Santa Fe NM where we both were born and raised. Mark spent the majority of his life as a general contractor wile Cindy did the book keeping. We plan to retire to Tucson in the near future.
Why the Owner Chose Saddlebrooke:
We were looking for a place to retire that was active. We both play tennis, hike, bike and are looking forward to golf and pickle ball. We were impressed with the level of activity and friendly people in SaddleBrooke. We were shown about 15 homes in the area in a period of 3 days and this home stood out because of the level of care given to the home and the back yard.

This home has a great back yard, is close to tennis, golf fitness center and swimming pools yet far enough away to have a quiet neighborhood. We are less than a block from open space.
