                      About the owner: My husband are from Park City, UT. We came to Vero to visit family bought this property to learn to play golf in the off season when we weren't skiing. We have enjoyed local golf courses, made many good friends, and have had many wonderful times here. He passed away in 2011. I found being so centrally located I have been able to easily enjoy culture, gatherings with friends, beach, golf, and feel very much at home in spite of being alone.

                      Why the Owner Chose Riomar:
                      While visiting family we attended the Spring Picnic of owners once and found the people fun, friendly, interesting, and inclusive. When an apartment became available we bought. I have never regretted it. It is close to all the things I love, Farmer's Market, Riverside theater, Vero Art Center, the beach, Ocean Blvd, Miracle Mile, and my favorite restaurants.

                      The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                      It is well designed, simply decorated, adaquately appointed, afording a simple life so you have a lot of time to do the things you love doing. My favorite is the morning sunny porch for breakfast and coffee, and evening drinks on the dock watching the sunset.
