Stroll back from Seaside on the glistening white sand beach so close by. Enjoy your own large private heated pool, outside shower, and gas grill. No traffic to worry about since Cypress Hill Road ends at your home. Our Gulf and sunset views are incredible!
Bring your family and friends, since you have room for sixteen, (five bedroom, and five and a half bath.. Need more room for the family reunion or wedding party? Rent Azure Leisure too. Have two adjoining pools and sleep thirty-two.
Your private elevator allows for easy third floor living/dining/kitchen use. A large flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound, and theater lighting, provide home entertainment when you are back from nearby golfing, biking, or shopping. You can park your car and forget it until you depart for home.

From the stained concrete floor in the first floor efficiency, (with queen-Murphy bed, loft with king-size bed, full kitchen and bath), to the sky blue fourth floor cocktail bar, you will love this new (2004) beach home!

Why the Owner Chose Seaside
The beaches along Scenic 30A between Destin and Panama City are among the most beautiful in the world. We love the varied interesting architecture in the upscale communities in our area. Seaside, the epicenter of "new urbanism" is a fantastic family oriented community offering any amenity you want for a great beach vacation. We avoid the crowds since Scenic 30A area has only single family homes and small low rise condominiums.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the luxury of having all amenities within a very short walk from our home. Seaside is right outside our front door! No car is needed once you arrive. We are closer to the beach than 99% of all homes in our area-beach access just a two minute walk. Our views of the Gulf, Seaside, and Seagrove cannot be beat. Our combination of large home size, elevators, private pools, superior decor and furnishings, beautiful landscaping, fenced property with no thru traffic, location, and price render our property unique to the area- a truly great value!

My 80th birthday celebration with four generations present was wonderful at your beautiful beach home. We loved every minute of our time here. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The children loved the pool, as well as the Gulf. We made many great memories here...Thank you so much!

We had a great week with beautiful weather all of the time. The loft was a great sleeping space for several of the kids. Your location to Seaside was great for our bike rides. The linen supply was perfect. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

The location was perfect...the views were the best at Seaside...several breathtaking sunsets and enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning after sleeping better than we had in a long time! Kids enjoyed heated pool, riding bikes around Seaside, Watercolor, and Old Seagrove. We loved the shopping and wonderful restaurants in Seaside.

...this is the best house I've ever seen! I don't want to leave!...swam every night and went out to Seaside every day...enjoyed seeing the fish and crabs in the Gulf
