Come and relax with your own private balcony, looking out into the beach and water. This 1 bedroom has king size bed, large closets, dresser, flat screen TV 's with cable. Full bath, wash & dryer, full kitchen with everything you need, ice maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, etc. This unit is open from the kitchen and looks out into the main living room and dinning area. You have a beach view from the kitchen, living room and the balcony. Just updated the unit with all new furniture,sleeper sofa,chair, end tables, TV and floors. I worked in customer service for 15 years, and started renting condo's and homes in the Fort Walton Beach area and in Destin for the past 9 years, All my units are very clean and well kept, and up to date. Tiki Beach because there is only 9 units in the whole building, it's directly on the beach and you can't get a better views than this. If you jump off the balcony you would land in the sand. 1st time I opened the blinds and looked out I fell in love with this unit. Once you come to Tiki you will want to come back again and again.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When you stay at Tiki even if you don't walk on the beach you are on the beach, you can enjoy the dolphin from your own unit and watch the amazing sunsets. Can't get better than that. Access to the beach, you walk down the stairs and have your own private walkway to the beach. Only steps away. Come and see what you are missing, it's breathtaking!
